Richard and me went to order Ramen Ippo after strenuous training and hiking--and Ippo saved us with its absolutely top-notch flavor, meat and noodles! It's beyond 5 star, honestly, even from New York/Flushing food-paradise standard! It's medium spicy with peanut sauce is so well formulated ! Ramen Ippo should open francise in East coast to get everyone taste it's ramen!
Fantastic ramen, great service. This cart happens to be near some other fantastic carts so if you want to mix and match your meal options check this place out. Soft boiled eggs were perfect as well.
Had the tan tan ramen. Was good, but I wouldn’t say it’s the best I have had. Parking was also a hassle. Above average, but not the best
Great Ramen and a nice variety of recipes. The standard Ippo Ramen is wonderful and for me, comfort food for sure. Another type is called TanTan,(if I remember correctly) and it features a peanut butter sauce. It's very good also. The portion isn't as plentiful with the broth as other restaurants might offer but it's delicious and the proprietors are great too. A+
This ramen cart serves authentic and simple chicken broth ramen. It’s light but very delicious. Probably won’t find anything much better in the USA.
We got the Shoyu ramen and it was fantastic! The service was fast and the people were friendly, we’ll definitely be back.
Had the TanTan with egg instead of pork. It was delicious. There covered heated seating too.
Some of the best broths in the Portland area! Perfect marinated eggs. I go for lunch and it’s so fast I have plenty of time.
