The service is great, the place is adorable and the drink menu looks good. We didn't stay (unfortunately) but would like to visit it on our next trip.
Tasty drinks and the elote nachos were great
Sweet little tiki bar! Bartender was incredibly nice! I was between getting The Harbor drink or Angostura Colada. He said his favorite was the Colada so that’s what I went with. It was tasty and filling! I had a sip of the Violet Temptress and that one was also amazing.
I had an amazing Fish Taco and the Caipirinha & Venti Uno drinks were fantastic!
Went for Happy Hour! Loved the delicious Nachos and exquisitely prepared Margueritas! Super tasty!
If your posted hours are closing at midnight, don’t act like two folks who show up ordering food and drinks at 10:00 are inconvenient by 11:00. I’m from the neighborhood showing my friend’s a good time. Come on.
I guess the target clientele here would be bros from California.I was excited by the prospect of tiki drinks, but the ambiance kinda killed it for me. I even felt bad for suggesting the spot to my friend, who also couldn't wait to finish their drink and get out.On the plus side, the happy hour was much more reasonable than I had anticipated. Still, I can't say I'll go there again. If you're looking for a tiki bar with a better atmosphere and authentic drinks, I highly recommend Hale Pele on Broadway. Cheers.
A chill vibe with good drinks
My party of 3 enjoyed the heck out of r and r and the bartender here was incredible. The Oaxacan old fashioned is a terrific signature drink and would come back for that alone even though my preference isn't Mexican spirits. We also had agua ritas and they were refreshing and equally delicious. They don't mess around and looking forward to coming back here for some food next time. This was a perfect stop after the Pittock mansion.
