Wow! Most inconsistent food I’ve ever had. First experience was okay, the bacon and bun way overcooked, second experience was better than the first. The food, Angus bacon burger and fries, was prepared well. The third experience was Shrimp and pasta, it was very good. Fourth experience, burger was rare, I asked for medium, the fries were inedible due to being overfried, the bacon and bun were overcooked. Appetizer of garlic cilantro wings, 5 for $14, not garlic nor cilantro flavored. They were sweet and disappointing. Definitely will not be giving them another chance!
I had stopped by this restaurant previously about two or three times and had an ok experience. The bar staff was very friendly and took good care of me unfortunately that changed one Wednesday when i came in to be served by an older gentleman by the name of “Terry” he was rude, dismissive, and inattentive of me as I waited patiently for him and he didn’t seem happy at all when I asked him for a glass of water which he had already heavily delayed. I understand some bar staff don’t like people asking for water but I always drink water w/ my alcohol. Anyways then I was approached by one of his friends who was a customer who almost immediately after approaching me and sitting next to me started to harass and verbally assault me. Terry, being his friend virtually cheered him on laughing and hi-fiving him, completely ignoring me and then overcharged me for a glass of cheap white wine. I tried to ignore this experience and come back July 3rd and Terry ganged up on me with the other bar staff and they tried not serving me and just having me stand at the bar in my heels until finally a very polite and cheerful man named Frank came over and asked about the hold up and they served me. All in all a dissatisfying and disappointing experience as a young woman by myself.
Our experience was fantastic. Connor was such a great bartender. His drinks were amazing. Loved the food and location. Such a great spot.
Great venue for drinks and small plates. Superb cocktails. A happy place for fine dining as well. Go!
Dinner was decent and it was not a fine dining experience. Whisky was at your own pace and knowledge not much given as help in selection.
Garlic wings, fries, dessert, and osprey drink was delicious. The customer service is excellent!
This restaurant is in the lobby of a downtown hotel. It does not take reservations, and does not participate in the open table application.
Nice little quiet bar, very friendly servers. The "Star Lord" cocktail is tasty. Can you find all 22 grammar, spelling and design errors on the menus?
Delicious! This small restaurant and whisky bar located just inside the Marriott Downtown Waterfront lobby serves crafty cocktails and elegant dishes full of robust flavor. Our expectations were definitely exceeded. The menu clearly identifies gluten free and dishes and even offers a gluten free dessert, a decadent flourless chocolate cake with Marion Berry compote. The salmon with mushroom risotto was as good as any dish you’d find in a high end restaurant but for half the price. The menu is not extensive, but the dishes have been perfected, a reasonable trade off. I’m a little surprised that the bar closes so early, especially on a weekend, and being located in a hotel where presumably patrons would be going up to their rooms after rather than getting into a car. The wait staff was very attentive, even the next morning for breakfast service when they were short handed and had only two servers for the whole restaurant. Very impressive.
