Super friendly and understanding staff who accommodate the guest to the fullest extent. The food was delicious and the service was great. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Pizza melt is delicious. Great customer service. 6 stars!!!!
I'm bummed they don't have tomato soup anymore but their sandwiches are superb!!! Please frequent this establishment so they can stick around.
Potbelly SS is always good and this one was no exception. Place was clean and staff very friendly. Steakhouse with aioli is my go to favorite and other is turkey with Swiss. Cookies are moist and delicious and they have a wide variety of chips. Good place to eat if downtown in Portland.
First time there the a wreak sandwich is awesome.
Great sandwiches but a little too pricey (~10$) and they gave me the wrong salad. I said three times powerhouse, but I got farmhouse :( I realized it at home and had to eat it. Maybe due to face masks we had a misunderstanding but very similar salad names are a risk for misunderstanding. I was looking forward to the powerhouse salad, the farmhouse salad was not my taste at all

Pricey but pretty good food
Thought I'd give them a second try..ordered online and food was incorrect when delivered today. Ordered for pickup a couple weeks ago and they were out of the soup I already had paid for when I arrived to pick it up. Turns out they always have soup but just don't always have it ready or willing to make a new batch. I suggest only ordering in person to ensure availability and that food is correct.
