A really great little place. If you choose the hot pot option, you pick skewers with the foods of choice for your broth, you pick a broth, and if you get 6 or more skewers, you get a choice of several noodle types or rice. My wife and offspring picked a spicy broth. I tried some of theirs and it was very yummy. Next time I intend to get this as well.Unless you are super hungry or want to take some home, you might want to share the broth and noodles with a close friend/loved one and pick out some skewers because it goes a long way.I highly recommend the fried buns and fried pork belly skewers-I tasted them and they were really good.I was recovering from an upset stomach, so I tried the braised beef noodle soup instead, and it was really good. A strong herbal flavor combines well with the beef and noodles in the broth. Star anise maybe? In any case, just the thing for me, flavorful yet easy on the digestion. For those of us raised with american Caucasian grandmothers, it hit that chicken soup spot while tasting absolutely nothing like chicken soup. I know this analogy is getting weird, but I hope you get my point.Definitely will go back next time we are in Portland. Really reasonably priced and delicious food. The server was very nice and helpful even though she was really busy serving the whole place herself.
Excellent spot with great flavors and a taste of something different than you’re used to. It’s pretty unclear unless you’ve been there before I guess but you grab a few skewers of whatever you want and they’ll either fry or boil them for you. If you get them boiled you get a bowl of delightful broth with some kind of noodles or rice. The fried skewers just come with some sweet pepper sauce.All in all this place was a great surprise. I went here because another place was closed and I’m glad I did because I’ll be back!
Top bad I cannot leave 0 star. Today I and my friend drove uhual from SF to Vancouver, and we stopped by Portland for a night rest. After watching Blazer game, we took uber to this place, it said they closed at 10 pm, and we got there before 930pm. They said they closed, and wave the hand to let us leave. I and my friend waite another 28 mins under 27 degree for uber. What an experience in Portland. Thabk you Pot& Spicy

You can have them mix the spicy with the curry broths and it's gonna change your life!
