Literally the worst whitefish salad, didn’t look or taste anything like whitefish salad and they didn’t even attempt to remove the bones.None of the fish in the display looked particularly appetizing nor fresh. Small place, with minimal offerings. They didn’t have anything like fresh crab meat in cups to go or shrimp cocktail.

If you want a good deal and a good selection I highly recommend this place. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and will cut an item to your order. If you need high quality fish and are in the area this is a perfect place to stop.

Get people. Super good recommendations. 2 thumbs up. ? ?

I love this place! They have the best fish and chips I've had in Portland. They do a phenomenal job on fried shrimp and fried oysters too.Their fish market is top notch. I've picked up fish, oysters, shellfish, and mussels there and the quality has been outstanding for everything.

If you are looking for high quality, this is the place. I got ahi tuna from here. It was amazing! I also picked up some fish n chips and it was some of the best I've had. The batter they use is gluten free and delicious.

Portland Fish Market is your local connect for fresh seafood. Friendly staff, locally own and operated...easily the best fish and chips in Portland.Thank me later.

Fish and chips is good. Particularly the fish texture tells it's freshness. Fries are a bit too salty for me but I think my taste is mild and lighter than others. Attendants in the market are super nice. They explained each fish to customers who are I interested in. One of them even introduced the whole neighborhood to a customer who actually didn't buy anything.

First time trying the Cod and Halibut fish and chips and it was fantastic! I’m gluten intolerant and it’s awesome to finally have a gluten free fish option!!!

Stumbled upon this place after looking for some fish and chips in the area. We ordered the Cod and Halibut and the fish was really fresh and wild. The fries however were really overcooked and very crunchy. Overall the fish and batter was really light but it was very over priced as well. We paid about $45 for 2 items.

The best fish and chips I’ve had in years!!
