Great decor & service. They had customized pictures & notes on all to go bag.Little loud, Parking can be tight but City parking across.Got the burger for my kid. Meat cheese no vegetables and ketchup on side. Burger was cook med well.Fries were hot with good amount of spice/flavor mix.Definitely will go again.
Oh man! First off, the staff were really friendly and the place is large! The shake selection is also large and the one I got, butterfinger, was rich and delicious. I don’t usually get shakes but looking at the menu of shakes, it was hard not to.The burger I got was the angry jalapeño which comes with nicely seasoned fries. They were fresh and the burger was nicely sauced and tasty!Would certainly recommend.
DONT GO HERE if you have any food allergies. The staff is not educated on any of it and will lie to your face just to get you to order it. I have a gluten allergy and I asked the lady at the front if the specific burger I was ordering would be gluten free if I took the bun off. And she said yes. Come to find out they actually add fried onions to the burger (which is only listed on their menu online not in person) so I had to throw out the entire thing because I do not trust this place enough to eat anything they gave me.
I've driven by a few times. I couldn't help but check it out when I saw it on UberEATS during my "lazy day". EVERYTHING was spectacular the burgers were flavorful and juicy and the fries perfectly seasoned. I saw the option to tip the kitchen staff and obliged. I then received the only acknowledgement I've ever gotten for tipping staff in the last six months they signed my delivery bag. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING. Will definitely be stopping by for a lunch with my coworkers just to get the full experience. 10 out of five stars.
Friendly, efficient and hardworking staff bustle to fill orders and take-out. The chocolate, banana malt was amazing, so were the “lushies”. My husband loved his Gigantic. The onion rings are the best sides, and the burgers are delicious (Animal and Backyard with an egg)
Best burger basket I've ever had.My only piece of advice would be - Order the smaller size burger, the bun to burger ratio is absolutely perfect. (The larger size burger has too much bun for my liking.)The burger is juicy and full of flavor. The seasoned fries are included, which are always hot and delicious. Portland Burger also offer a variety of dipping sauces. Yummy!I've never felt disappointed with any of my purchases.The staff is happy, upbeat, outgoing, friendly, and make you feel special.I think the overall happiness of the staff and their great customer service - speaks volumes about how they are treated by the owners- who are often working along side of their employees.They get a 5 star rating from me, all day, every day.
Best burgers we've had!On our way home to Utah we decided to stop here. Really delicious food from the fries, the shakes, and the burgers...fairly priced and a bang for your buck. The amount of flavor packed into each burger seperates this place from most. Really enjoyed ourselves here. Staff was also very nice and helpful. Atmosphere was awesome and the bathrooms were really clean. Love it here, outstanding place overall.

I'm not too familiar with Portland, OR as I have moved here from NYC. As a veteran who served in the Marine Corps, I felt I had to hide my identity in Portland as many veterans have told me how they were discriminated. When Veterans Day came, I was very wary of coming up to businesses and telling them I am a veteran. I came to Portland Burger and I walked up to a gentlemen and identified myself as a veteran. He said "Sure thing, what can I get you?". I replied "What can I get? Is there a fixed menu for Veterans?". The employee replied "You can get whatever you'd like. Anything you see is yours. And more importantly, thank you for your service." I was shocked because I have never been offered this kind of good service. Portland Burger, thank you for making me feel so welcomed and providing your wonderful PNW hospitality. I will definitely come back and support this business. I recommend every veteran to support this business. And of course the food was delicious!!!
