They're getting better. The drive thru is incredibly slow all the time. If they're out of a certain piece of chicken they replace it with another piece without your input. Getting way better, than how they began. Better than the Gresham location. Low scores for slow drive through and messy plating, and slow service.
Always getting attitude from staff. They ask what sauces and I say all the sauces and then they laugh and ask what do you mean? I am always missing an item. Honestly the staff is horrible and disrespectful. Staff needs to be babysat by their manager so they don't speak disrespectfully to their customers.

The last several times we have eaten here our order has either been wrong or missing items, nasty tasting, undercooked or looking like it was thrown on the wrapper and rolled up. We have stopped frequenting this restaurant due to those issues and the attitudes and lack of respect from staff.
Over a half hour wait and we also asked for ranch and honey mustard, which we didn’t get but the kicker is we got mashed potatoes and gravy and got no gravy. This is our 3rd trip here and they have all been rough
Little Nicky was right, Popeyes chicken is awesome but I am only giving them à 3 star because they forgot to put in my mash potatoes and it really through everything off for me and it was my first time in ver going there. Not saying I won't go back I will just be making sure I get what I pay for next time.

I visit this place weekly and they never let me down. The new macaroni and cheese is like a baked homemade recipe I make. It's the bomb dot com and definitely worth the extra 50¢ to $1 depending on the size.
I did a door dash pick up for a customer. I cannot say how the food was. However, I was waiting at the counter for 9 minutes for anyone even acknowledged me. The it was almost another 10 before I got. The food. Not even an apology about the wait... Not too cool. I get it, busy, busy, busy. But, say, "sorry for the wait, we are slammed", something. Anything.
Worthless. They cancel every order placed.Beyond worthless...honestly. When they don't cancel they can't make a single order correctly if there was a step by step guide directly in front of them. Poor management, rude and combative employees. Who will without a doubt give you the wrong food on purpose, use foul language on the phone as well as at the window. Refuse service and take you money, eventually it will close. No one wants your nonsense in this area.
