People working at this location don't seem to know how to do their job they tell you to download the app you find a coupon you want to get double of that coupon and they tell you you can only order Once with that coupon but it doesn't say anywhere on the coupon a limit I think they need more training so my husband and I decided to go to KFC because at least at KFC they know what they're doing We'll give my business to KFC not to popeye's
Omg I wish I could give this place a negative score. I went in and ordered 3 chicken strips with a coupon for $2.99 I also had a receipt that I did a verification code for that was buy a large drink get two free pieces of chicken and a biscuit. It came out to around $5 and some change . I opened up the bag to find two boxes. Both boxes had two thighs red beans and rice and mashed potatoes and gravy. That was definitely not what I ordered especially since I can't stand red beans and rice and mashed potatoes and gravy just saying. I couldn't turn around and go back so I decided to call them and let them know that they messed up my order. I called and ask for the manager she got on the phone proceeded to call me a liar and when I asked her her name she refused to give it to me and then proceeded to hang up on me. Great customer service and management skills Popeyes. You used to be my favorite restaurant. Looks like I'll be looking for a new place for chicken.
I work swing shift and have tried to come here multiple times after work but they always close earlier than the listed time. It says 1am but I come at 12:30am and the store lights are on with employees inside but will not take orders. The store needs to be open during the listed hours or at least change the hours to the correct time. I just want some sweet tea.
I have visited this location on more than several occasions and it has always been a pleasure interacting with the staff members as they have always been friendly and willing to give me the best fried chicken I can find in this area. I ordered chicken strips, bone-in chicken, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes & gravy, and rice & beans. The chicken strips were crunchy, and the sides were warm specifically, the mac and cheese were the best Popeyes mac and cheese which has been the best I have ever had on more than several occasions.
I ordered via the mobile app and then picked up the food from the pick up counter INSIDE - drive-thru was too long for my inpatient personality to wait, so thats why I went inside.This is COVID times and every staff member I saw were wearing there masks and gloves. The staff seemed happy and productive and were very friendly which was great because they were very busy - it was around 6 or 7pm.I ordered the meal combination which was a special on the mobile app.The food lasted me and my family for 4 regular sized meals.Also, I ordered extra Sweet Heat Sauce and I actually got the exact amount I ordered which I have found is an issue in the nuggets field of Fast Food reasturants.The Chicken Strips were delicious! They were moist, not dry. The Mashed Potatoes were creamy and the gravy was tasty. The biscuits were enjoyable but not as fresh as I had hoped for. The Sweet Heat Sauce was sweet and also a bit spicy, but not unbearable.Overall, I enjoyed my experiance and the food. I have joined the email club and downloaded the Mobile App, for good, as I really enjoyed Popeye's.
Got attitude from drive-thru order taker, because the app wasn't working AGAIN. And notice what $3.99 buys, a less than half full small container of macaroni and cheese. This particular site is very sporadic in service and giving the consumer value for their buck.
My 22 month old was eating her fries tonight and started gagging and swiping at her tongue. At first I thought they were spicy or something. I told her to stick her tongue out. And yall I pulled a long black hair out of her mouth. Disgusting.
Man I love Popeyes. Their chicken nugget meal with some mashed potatoes is awesome. I just wish they had collard greens.
Fresh food and fast these people are extremely helpful I'm a delivery driver so my truck doesn't fit through the drive through and they still got my order to me very grateful for the employees here going out of there way
Usually its basically ok, what you would expect from a fast food place on 82nd and Foster.However, tonight they forgot the pickle slices on the sammiches. Now, Im really not expecting the moon, but I would prefer super simple sammich be made right.
