We went through the drive thru didn't check our order until we was blocks away they didn't give us our large side of red beans and rice or our mac and cheese or the biscuits either so after going back they made us wait extra long and then only filled our large sides 3/4 of the way I felt like they may have done something to the food as well with the attitudes they had and the reason we had to wait extra long for our food.

Probably one of the worst fast food experiences I've had in the past 10 years, maybe longer as I'm not sure my memory serves me well. Even then I can say in the top 3 worst drive thru experiences ive ever had-... I'm 62. The drive thru was a last minute decision, Ive only eaten at Popeyes once before, but 4 of us fumbled thru a 50.00 plus order. Our discussion was such that once we ordered I pulled out my wallet and paid for the meal. One person had not ordered a drink and I told our driver please order another drink for our passenger. We were told there was too long of a line to actually remedy the drink shortage, I was appalled. This was even at the same time that they had forgotten one of our drinks. The person said something about the manager and I told our driver leave but I will not ever go to a Popeyes again because of his demeanor which was basically "go pound rocks we are too busy. We left, got to our destination and found that there were no napkins, no plastic ware, no dipping sauces at all and of course one of our party was still thirsty. But the chicken tenders without any sauces, was enough to make it so I won't ever be back. Btw, the line behind us was one car. Thank you server number 60089.

The driver was courteous and on time as for the food...wasn't worth the money spent:( I'm from south Louisiana Cajun Country where Popeyes is known for there delicious Fried Chicken! My husband ordered a three piece chicken with cream potatoes which gave him a stomach ache that evening into Monday 2 say the least .. and I had the fourth pound popcorn shrimp and red beans and rice.. the popcorn shrimp I may have gotten 3 decent size popcorn shrimp and the rest was nothing but batter crumbs and my red beans and rice... rice was very hard and dry like it was made days in advance and the red beans tasted like they had been pree Frozen and popped in the microwave.. which I had to throw out... not the Popeyes I've loved for close to 30 years:(My husband had to work Mother's Day and I had been craving Popeye's spicy chicken and popcorn shrimp...This was my Mother's Day dinner and we were both very disappointed:( at the quality of the food! The only reason why they got a two instead of a one rating was because of the delivery service other than that five thumbs down ?????not worth the hard-earned money that my husband worked hard for..???It was the worst Popeyes experience ever I should have listened to the reviews...?????

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced by a manager. I purchased a meal on 2/27/22 thru the drive thru. the server was ok- they were out of my requested item and upon arrival home I found the chicken to be hard and biscuit even harder.. I tried to reach someone by phone without success. The next day I brought the food back to show the manager and she was far from receptive- saying the food was a day old and I said that was how I received it. She became rude and uncooperative. I know help is hard to come by these days but service and uneatable food, mars the reputation of the franchise. I will personally never purchase a meal from this establishment again and recommend others think twice if they are looking for good service and good food.

Staff was fast, food was hot and the service was friendly.I got the spicy strip combo and the straps were varie between thin and thick, fully cooked through and spiced perfectly with some seasoning penetratingthe tenders. The batter was expectedly overly built up providing some extra crunch. And I got 1 little extra tender, most likely due to my friendliness. The mashed potatoes were good, maybe a little light on gravy. I have noticed reduction and it just comes up shy of adequate. The biscuit sadly was fairly old (few hours possibly?) And was dry, overly firm and lacked the wonderful butter brushed look I am accustomed to.An additional Cole slaw was added and met my expectations. The Tea was good and didn't taste fowl so they must maintenence their machines regularly. My with got the 2 piece chicken meal and had similar results with the biscuit so sadly it wasn't a one off.The drive through sadly was full of fluttering trash and discarded newspaper flying in the wind. I had to choose between rolling my window down and reading the headlines : ( Could use some more lot attention. Not too shabby over all, would recommend.

They take their sweet time just to take an order at the drive thru... maybe they have zero workers, maybe they're lazy as hell. Regardless, don't be open so late if you can't handle two cars in the drive thru or if you barely have a staff working??

We had to wait 35 minutes to get our chicken. I finally asked for the manager and she didn't seem to careEither way how long it took. The young girl behind the counter was asking for help to clear the monitor. There were several people behind me getting the food before me because no one was keeping g up with the orders. What is sad, the manager pulled down her mask and wiped her nose with her bare hand and then put her mask back on and continued to serve people without any gloves on or even washing her hands.

Waited 20 minutes to get food. We oy ordered 4 chicken sandwich. They said to wait in the parking lot and they will take it to us. Never did. We went in and the chubby girl in the front had a face like she didn't care. Worst customer service. Don't go please

They have no clue what there doing. Ask for a 2 PC meal and two sides. The lady looked confused. No extra packets of there special spice offered. You can see the back of the kitchen on the cooking line. DIRTY DIRTY.

The employees suffer from dyscalculia (unable to count) i ordered and paid for 2 biscuits and only got 1. Now I dont understand how that got mixed up, but somebody only had 1 job and they couldnt even do that, smh, Incompetent! I suggest remedial training
