What a delicious brunch to start off the day. The fries had great seasoning and weren't soggy even with the sauce. The hash brown pizza was crispy on the inside, but a bit soggy towards the middle which was understandable with the mushrooms and egg on top. The eggs were cooked really well to perfection. The biscuits however, were a bit dry. The donuts were really yummy too.

The biscuits have a beautiful balance of rich flavor but delicate light texture leaving you not too heavy with just a biscuit.The hash up with sautéed mushrooms and onions offer so much flavor and great texture differentiation if ate immediately.The fried chicken was soooooo DRY!A less than enjoyable fried chicken.Stick to the biscuit and jam! stay away from the over cooked and hammered chicken.
Got the Reggie with fried chicken and mushroom gravy. This was by far the best biscuits and gravy I ever had. We also got the beignets which was a nice touch for dessert. Coffee and OJ was also very good.
This place is very homey and lovely! The servers are really nice and friendly and their food is so amazing! The biscuits are soft and warm and the gravy is rich and packed full of flavor! Every bite was as good as the first. Definitely get the Reggie... it's a harmony of deliciousness that shouldn't be ignored
Food is fine if you don't care about your health but this is 1 star for the rude staff and incompetent service. Particularly applies to the twins with princess leia hair but no one was nice. Waited over an hour for our food and 45 minutes in we were told no blueberries left for the blueberry pancakes. Would never return.
Some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. Ate it four days in a row and it was great every time. Service was excellent each day would suggest trying this placeBack again and every time great service. Read an earlier post about Rasicm at Pine State not in my opinion and I'm as black as they come, never felt rushed or unwanted here at the Schuyler location. And the Topping on the cake when I left this morning I left with a special treat thanks to a certain waitress or server I did not get a name great energy great place thank you so much
To be honest, if you are a lover of biscuits and gravy and aren't local. Don't come here. It will ruin any other biscuits and gravy that you will have, EVER! I'm not a fan of biscuits, but theirs are delicious, just by themselves! And then the gravy....it is just heaven. I had the special, chicken fried steak w/shiitake gravy, it was completely amazing. So good.
I got a build your own biscuit and he got The Reggie. Very good biscuits, a must try.
Oh wow, was this place good!Ordered the "Moneyball" and two "Blueberry Cornmeal Pancakes" (plus 2 cookies and Apple tart thingy).The sausage gravy on the Moneyball was really good! The pancakes were so darn good! Real whipped butter and quality syrup put it over the top.I was there around 0730 am on Sunday and service was great. Staff was helpful and "on it".I'll be back for more!(I was told dine options were in 2 weeks, so maybe around Jan 7-15th?)
