This place caught my attention because of the beautiful decorations, it did not disappoint. When I got there, I was surprised by how identical this place looked to the pictures I saw online. I couldn't stop staring at the decorations, it was just too beautiful. To top it off, the food was yummy delicious. The broth was amazing, it wasn't too salty or too oily. The noodle and meat ratio was perfect too. I definitely recommend the Thai Iced Tea! The staff was also very kind, and would take their time to make sure we're enjoying ourselves. Thank you! I had an amazing time here.

Pho and Banh Xeo bar is good with affordable price and authentic flavorAwesome interior with plenty of space.

Food consistently good. The salad rolls are my favorite as well as the #43 Honey Lemon Grass Chicken. Service is always good. Seems that they have great team work. Highly recommend giving it a try.

First time visit. The full parking lot was a good predictor of a highly enjoyable dining experience. Excellent Pho' and place is super clean. The staff scrub everything when not serving. The high ceilings, full size banana plant slow moving ceiling fans n Vietnamese art is striking. Definitely will return.

This place is immaculate. The beef noodle pho was so immaculate, Jesus resurrected when I ordered it and stole my food. I had to order it again, and it was worth the wait. All jokes aside, the food is soooo good!

The employees are super kind, and the food is so good, I went back a week later. The chicken noodle pho is an incredible dish, and I would recommend getting it.

This is 100% best Pho I've ever had, easily beats all the others in town. They also have amazing spring rolls.

Very disappointed. Pho Van used to be our go to pho place but the prices have skyrocketed and the quality has dropped. Look at these noodles! Are they chopping them?! It's no good anymore. Try elsewhere.

Nice Vietnamese place in the “Chinatown” of Portland. Pleasant ambience… spacious and quiet!Food was pretty good…. Though I found the spice levels not up to the Vietnamese level. Though I did get some extra chilli in the side which did the trick!Would definitely recommend this place with an extensive selection of authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Great food, nice open concept layout. Table service is basic but friendly. Good place for family gatherings, meeting friends, or casual lunch.
