Had a very tasty omelette with fresh ingredients and a great latte. The homemade “hot sauce” is very mild but has a great roasted tomato flavor, so I’d recommend it even if you’re not into spicy foods
This past weekend I had a terrible experience at Petite. This is a restaurant a frequent, and decided to try the location on Sandy. My friends and I were celebrating my friends no job venture and were in high spirits. Our waitress was rude. Tried to educate my friend in a judgey tone and not in a way that would empower and be helpful to the cause. He ordered a "manmosa" and took offense to his order. Her demeanor changed and it could have been a simply education sharing moment but that wasn't the case. Later a table next to us said we were having too much fun and asked us to "calm down". Its just so annoying that we cant just enjoy our meal with being met with hostility and we are a inclusive warm respectful group. The only reason I can imagine we are met with this energy is that we are people of color and make our surrounding uncomfortable. If you are black or brown, try the location on Alberta or Division.
Took literally 20 minutes to get our drinks/food ordered... OK start except for the eggshell in the polenta. Server seemed unconcerned and gave us 15% off the dish; not the best experience... but the french toast was pretty decent
Delightful cafe with amazing pastries. Wonderful breakfast with a creamy polenta and great coffee. The poached eggs on the polenta were so fluffy and perfect.Love meeting friends here. Employees are all so pleasant and professional.
The food is fantastic. The bread is great. The service was amazing too. There might've been one person who looked very tired but who knows what he/she was going through that day. The place was clean and tidy with plenty of seating.
I always love Provence locations. This one got four stars because the wait staff seemed overwhelmed and it moved slower than most of the other locations. Still, the food was fantastic, and the staff are delightful!
Delicious food, great service. A little pricey but worth the splurge!
Excellent lunch! We both had the Butternut Squash Shakshuka: a delightful small skillet breakfast with poached (I had scrambled) eggs on top of a delicious mix of squash, onions, tomatoes, lightly spiced. Loved it - highly recommend!
Good breakfast, hash browns could have been a little more crispy for my taste. Meal was reasonably priced and good quality. Service was good, especially considering Covid. Coffee wasn’t my favorite but I don’t like Ethiopian and it tasted like a blend with it included. I would go again.
Had a really good breakfast here before our flight home. Bloody Mary and eggs Benedict can’t be beat.
