I order from this location at least once a week and they don't give you what you order. They've literally messed up on all of my orders. I ordered a salad today and made a couple of modifications and they gave me the wrong salad and just didn't care. Also 90% of the salad was welted (literally brown). This is unacceptable and I won't be wasting my time ordering from this location again!!! Also ordered cheddar and broccoli and half salad for my co-worker and they gave her chicken noodle soup. But when I ordered they said they had the soup and my co-worker can't eat pasta... Think before ordering here!!! If I could give 0 stars I would've.
I ordered a pick 2, chicken casesCaesar salad and broccoli cheddar soup. The salad was wilted and gross. The soup that I received was chicken noodle.. Far from what I ordered, plus I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup for a reason. I can't eat pasta. They did not ask if they could Substitute for another kind. Very disappointed in this place. I rated with1 star, which was too much.. We placed A group order from work. Not only was my order wrong, there was issues with everyone else's order as well.. Very disappointed in the service from this establishment and their lack of consideration! Poor service.
Waited for AN HOUR in line, I completely understand being understaffed I work at one of the busiest drive thrus in Oregon, but the minute someone is in line for even 7 minutes we give them a recovery card or a discount. There was no apology for the wait, the baguettes look hand torn and the whole situation was so painful. I’m not mad at the drive thru workers- managers you need to do better about staffing. The person at the window looked severely stressed out, and I would be too if I had a line of angry people waiting on me . If you’re so understaffed it takes an hour to get two soups and a sandwich out , you should probably close early and not overwork the poor employees you do have.
Had lunch today and the good was delicious. There was a mistake with our order and they promptly fixed it. Only disappointing thing was no cheddar broccoli soup.

Cashier screwed up our order. Beeper didn’t go off. Soup was cold. 2 stars because some people did try to make it right. Overpriced-2 half sandwiches, a bowl of soup and a cup of soup, 2 cookies for $35. Hardly any avocado on BLT.
Steak and cheese sandwich had very little meat and cheese though it was tasty. They serve tiny 1 oz bags of chips. No Rubens, pastrami or Italian sandwiches on the menu. Out of some irems.
For the past month we have been enjoying the coffee subscription. $9 per month for unlimited coffee. Tried the flat bread pizza and it was delicious.
My wife and I have been coming here for years every time we are in Portland. We haven’t been for a few months but just had a DISGUSTING experience. It started off with me ordering the “pick two” Mac and cheese sandwich and turkey chili. It is the main item they are advertising directly above the cash registers but the cashier had no idea what I was talking about.Once we sat down one of the staff members walked past us (maybe 10ft away) and you could smell his body odor throughout the whole restaurant. This was re-occurring throughout the whole meal.Once our number was called I got up to grab the food and my order was wrong (of course). The woman chef fixed my order but the spoons they gave us were both FILTHY. I was able to scrape old food off of both of the spoons.As this point we were struggling to eat our food because of the circumstances. Then of course I found a long hair on my bread and that was the point we decided to not eat our food and just leave.It’s unfortunate the downturn this restaurant has taken. I don’t see us ever coming back.
