This Panera provides the usual standard of food and service with the usual pleasant dining area. However, the problem is that the area has a large number of homeless people both outside and inside the restaurant. The restaurant staff now have a key required for the bathrooms to prevent the homeless from using it, which is fine, but when I borrowed the key, I was approached afterwards by one of the homeless asking to use it.I had my three young kids with me, and we had our car full of stuff for our vacation, which I was worried might be robbed. In short, I wouldn't return to this Panera again.

I ordered online, two soups. I also wanted a tuna salad sandwich, but they were out. They were out of almost every sandwich. I settled for cucumber and tomato salad. I picked up, it was ready on time, and headed home. When I opened everything up, I found the French onion soup had no croutons and no gruyere cheese. And the bowl, that I paid $9 for, was only 1/2 to 1/3 full. The chicken noodle soup was the same, as was the salad. I'm very disappointed in this previously favorite restaurant. When I called, the first person I talked to had no clue what to say or do. I asked for a manager and when speaking to the manager, he was also unprepared and unconcerned. They both wanted to blame it on the fact that they were very busy (they weren't that I could see when I went in). I'm just very upset with this establishment

A round piece of bread does not a bagel make. The cream cheese spread tastes like it’s just thickened water.The ambience isn’t bad though.

Worst Panera bread I’ve ever been to. Staff was rude to me just asking about my order. I love this company but will not be back to this particular location. I ordered two of the same items and they usually are fast at every location I’ve been to in the greater Portland metro area. I don’t like being treated very poorly when I’m trying to spend my hard earned money. I would avoid coming here if you read this unless you wanted to be treated like you don’t exist. Also it seems the cashiers were more glued to there phones then appreciating there customers. On top of that the tried giving me what I dident order. I asked for a refund and it took them forever to do so. On top of that you can smell there nasty bathroom from where you pickup the food.

My employer ordered 4 sandwiches for us the other day and not one of the sandwiches were made as ordered. They had no ham available and they didn;t tell us so but rather gave us a turkey sandwich on wheat bread instead of a ham sandwich on rye. There was no mayonnaise on the sandwiches. The lettuce was extremely limp. My coworker order a 3 meat sandwich and got a turkey on wheat sandwich as well. Poor customer service because they didn't bother to tell us they were out of ham or out of rye. Very poor quality of service and the communication. would not recommend this company to my best friend. I would rate the overall experience at a BIG ZERO but didn't have that option.

Horrible customer service. They were rude to me and the lady behind me in line, to the point where she walked out. I would have left too if I hadn’t already ordered my overpriced food. Then I heard them gossiping about behind the counter. So unprofessional. Never will I go there again.

Service has slipped. We gave them a $250 order for 10 people with a 2 hour advance notice. Bottom line, they never made the order and never called.They were a hour late with the order after we called multiple times.

Can't believe I just paid $7 for a half a grilled cheese. One slice of bread and two slices of cheese. I thought this was America, not the balkanization of Yugoslavia. Deeply disturbed by this experience. Will not eat here again.

Constantly have to wait for my food to be ready. At least 5 minutes after the app says it's ready, they're still working on it. Today, I placed an order for a bagel and a coffee, 20 minutes later is still wasn't ready. 12 minutes after the app said the order was ready, I then had to tell them what my order was, and wait for them to prepare it. Don't expect to save any time using their app.

Best Panera customer service consistently and they are always welcoming, friendly and super positive! I have never had a wrong order and they always go above and beyond to for their customers.
