Palomar is the best in town. Their cocktails and menu are consistently curated and deliciously executed. Absolutely is a TREAT when we can dine or drink at the bar before our next destination.

Friendly staff, and the food will hit you with flavors you didn’t know were in the Pacific Northwest.Advice - start with some starters. You can’t go wrong with any of the options. For main dishes, I went with the camarones con tamal, but the churrasco was also delicious.Have fun, thank me later, and don’t forget to order with confidence. Roll your rrrrrr’s.

Just a delightful space, I love the colors and the menu is darling. BUT even more importantly the food and drinks are so, so good. AND our server was so great and fun to talk to, he gave us the perfect amount of time to check out the menu and order and amount of checking in on us was just right. Everyone else we interacted with was lovely as well. Also the flan was the best I've ever had.
Their elevated classic cocktails put a creative spin on the old standbys. I was impressed. Tasty apps too, try the oxtail.

The vibe and style of this place are absolutely top-notch. My girlfriend and I come here regularly for cocktails and as a fun tradition on our birthdays. Daiquiris hit the spot, and they have a variety of other delicious rum concoctions as well. Always worth exploring a new drink every time we stop by.
