Ooh pasta is amazing. Great quality food. Low price. Very personable owner. Remembers you on return visits. Owner is great! I recommend his wonderful food!!
I have eaten here twice and it is always delicious, huge portions and a great price. The man who works here is always super nice! Can’t wait to take more of my friends over to this food cart. :)
Ooh Pasta!!Ooh so GOOD!Ooh the PORTION SIZE!Ooh so SATISFIED!!But seriously, everyone MUST try at least one item from the menu. My fave is the Ooh so dreamy Chicken Alfredo! The pasta is perfectly prepared, the Alfredo sauce is creamy and never watery. And the Garlic bread... so delicious and complimentary to the meal! The proportion sizes are insanely GENEROUS!Tony has an amazing and refreshing business sense! He gives the customers fresh, fast, hot food that is so satisfying while engaging his customers in friendly conversations. Always laughing and smiling, he makes the effort to remember people and what they like so he can personalize you order. Other food carts should take notice cuz this is how its done!!
We love this food cart pod where Oooh pasta is located! I loved the pasa! It was perfectly cooked and the sauce was creamy well seasoned and had the perfect amount of garlic (my favorite) in it for me! Will definatley be back. So so good! The parking lot is wonky.
This place has the best pasta in all of Portland. FANTASTIC portion sizes, extra garlic bread, and the nicest owner. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my money's worth of insanely delicious food.
Fresh ramen, and great gyozos. Cute little outside picnic benches, warmed with heaters in places. Friendly cart staff. And plenty of other cart choices. Reasonable prices
Absolutely amazing customer service! And mind-blowing food! The portions were huge (and he let us know that) so we were able to spend $10 on 1 plate and had 2 people stuffed. Places like this are why I travel and spend money at little local joints. 10/5 if I could.

This place is beyond good. Garlic bread + The Primavera with sausage is the way to go! best bang for the buck you can find for really great italian/noodle based food. Friendliest staff too.
