My friend and I went to the mall 205 location. We have always loved their soup and salad. Not this time all 3 soups were a disappointment. The Zuppa Tuscana had no Italian sausage only kale and potatoe, the chicken gnocchi had 2 gnocchi, the pasta fagiole had no beans 2 pasta pieces was almost as thick as spaghetti sauce. The salad had about 2 cups of croutons in it, to us was a waste. The server Leonel was awesome and very attentive.
I went there with my now 26 year old son and two little girls that we were watching the host was standoffish the server was prompt and it took him a bit to warm up to us but the food was hot the service a bit cold but all in all it was okay . I just wish it was a bit better because it was my son's birthday
We were the fourth group to arrive at the restaurant and I called ahead. They seated a party that arrived later before us and made us wait 10 minutes. I don't understand the logic.Then, the lady seating people complained (loud enough for us to hear) to her colleague that we were impatient. I found that rude, since we didn't even say anything until after they seated the other party first. When they did that, I only asked how much longer it would take and didn't question why the other party was seated first.Our server was pleasant and great. Sad that the first impression and people doing the seating were so rude. I don't plan on coming back.
This Olive Garden was absolutely amazing it has lots of ample parking and as AA vegan and a person with an auto immune disorder of gluten silly at silly activities I have a wonderful new menu given to me there that allowed me to order gluten free free and vegan so happy.
Greeted immediately short wait time to be seated. Awesome waiter. Wonder atmosphere. Drinks served fast. Short wait time after ordering food. Big portions of food. Food delicious!
I came here with my wife today to celebrate our anniversary. It was pretty full so they sat us at the bar. Waitress came and was the rudest waitress we have ever met. It’s as if she hates her job. If you have issues or problems in the family or whatever it is, LEAVE THEM AT HOME!!! Also the worst food I have eaten at Olive Garden!!! The Alfredo was runny like water, and the second refill soup was like water. Are you kidding me!!!! IF YOUR A WAITRESS AT OLIVE GARDEN, PLEASE DO YOUR JOB!!!! You will get a much better tip! I have met fake people who try to smile and they do their job and get a nice 30-40% tip. If you have a job, make a difference and smile to customers! Btw Gresham Olive Garden has never let me down always pleases!!!! It makes a huge difference which Olive Garden you go to!!! Ghetto area get ghetto service!!!!
If there could be a server like Anna S at all restaurants that would be amazing! What an absolute gem. Super funny, great service, and didn't feel hovery like some servers can though we would have enjoyed her company regardless. Thank you Anna for such a perfect visit!
I have placed orders for curbside pickup twice and both times they were not completely right. Last time they gave me a gift coupon for Braddock's but this time they credited me back $20. Good customer service.
Went with my family and had a very nice time. The food was very good. The service that we got was very very good. Look forward to going back again.
Went for lunch specials. The chicken parmesan is one of my faves with all you could eat soup, salad,and bread sticks. Got the Alfredo dipping sauce on the side.Yummy!!! Margaritas are not my first or second or third choice for drinks but their Italian Margarita is delicious.
