The best Chicago beef sandwich I've had in a decade, and *by far* the best in Portland. If you love Portillo's or Al's Beef and are homesick because you can't have them, and none of the other local offerings will suffice (I've tried them all, and they don't), then come home to Off The Leash and let Tony feed you. He'll treat you like family.

Waited an hour to order food when I saw they didn't open until 11:30 AM. Everybody else got food and I waited to order a chili dog. Well, apparently they don't have chili good enough to sell a chili dog. How about some fries with cheese? Well, nope we don't have have the cheese for the fries either. Ordered a few chili dogs in the previous months and they were great, but very let down by this experience today. Super hungry and irritated I waited an hour to be able to order for nothing.
I've been looking for a good hotdog joint since I moved here from Chicago. This was so delicious, and the customer service is on point. Couldn't recommend it enough!
Best Chicago style that I've had on the West Coast so far. The guy ships everything in from Chicago so it's as authentic as you can get. Great place, I'ma be a regular now that I found it
We ate lunch here today and loved it! Two really delicious vegan dog options (Field Roast!) with super fresh toppings. Piping hot crispy crinkle-cut fries. Fun soda selection with some hard-to-find flavors. The couple that runs it is so nice. We’ll definitely be back!
Wow! If you're missing Chicago-style hot dogs and Italian Beef sandwiches, look no further. This took me back to one of the best meals of my life at Portillo's in Chicago. Amazing!!!
Last time I was so tempted by the entire menu, in particular the BBQ mushroom smash burger. And this time I got it! I also got the 2 sliders for each of my kids with a large fries.Great burgers, with great sauce, great fries. Awesome comfort food on a cold day. Really nice staff who knew the menu well!
Had my first smash burger here. Fantastic food great service. The fries were crisp and delicious. The service was excellent I will definitely be back again.
Wow! A new favorite. A little gem of a food truck. I ordered via Doordash and Tony called with some very helpful questions. You can really tell he cares about what he's trying to do. Everything was packaged very well.The most important part is the food. It was amazing, so flavorful. I've been to Chicago, I've had the pizza. I've never had a Chicago Dog or an Italian Italian beef. I have seen Chicago Dogs at various places and they are always intriguing but never have all the ingredients quite right. This guy has all the authentic ingredients and it is awesome!The Italian Beef was wonderful as well. It's what he called about. Since it was being delivered I wanted it with the gravy on the side rather than dipped, he guessed that was the case, but confirmed. He also asked if I wanted sweet peppers and giardiniera, when I gave a slightly hesitant "sure", he asked if I'd had one before, I said I hadn't and he said "ok, we'll hook it up the way it's supposed to be". It was great and he was great! Definitely gonna be back, in person, soon! Thanks Tony!
