The food was poor. Chicken dry, beef too salty. The restaurant was expensive to begin with and then enforces a 22% tip, which from both the simple amount and the fact that one is obliged to pay it, is outrageous. Definitely avoid this place.

Food and service and wine and drinks all amazing as alwaysâ¦. I was confused by the tip policyâ¦. They automatically add 22% to your bill for living wageâ¦. Totally support thisâ¦. But then still had a separate paper if you want to tip your server more? Is this expected ? Should we? Is it wrong not tooâ¦. Please either add more to bill OR ask for a tip⦠asking for both is confusing and unclear

Food & service was great, but 22% added to the tab for all staff , not just the server not cool. If it was for the server that would be ok.
The food and atmosphere are wonderful. However, we did not appreciate the mandatory 22% service charge on top of the price of the food. They explained this is to pay the workers a fair wage. However, they continue to ask for tips on top of that when you receive your bill. If they want to pay their workers a fair wage, maybe they need to raise their prices. This seems like a sneaky way to charge more. Based on this, despite the quality of the food, we will not be going back.
We were so pleased with our experience at Nostrana. We were seated in the bar area and received exceptional service from the bartender. He gave us all the best recommendations- the pizza was incredible! Highly recommend coming for your next special occasion.
