I had the Kalua Pork Plate from Namu food cart. It had too much sauce, but it was pretty good. There are a few other carts that have better Kalua Pork than Namu but it was definitely good.

Really bad plate lunch. Kailua pork is so salty with no sweetness. Rice is mushy and Mac salad is grey…. None of it cooked fresh. I’m a city with ate-oh-ate and Roxy’s this place needs to up their game or this one will close too

I really like this place, but this last visit my pulled pork sandwitch was incredibly salty..But could just be an off day...

Delicious and filling! Also wonderful staff

Looks good but was rather surprised at the positive reviews. We got the bulgogi and kalua pork plates. Everything was too sweet - the pickled cucumbers, the meat, even the spinach was extremely sweet. Rice was overdone. I love avocado but it didn't really go with the rest of the plate.

IMO: one of the worst chicken teriyakis in town. Why? There is the smallest amount of chicken (also swimming in brothy liquid with little to no teriyaki sauce), majority of plate is made up of cheap side items, rice today was extra mushy and not properly cooked. Also not sure how many Hawaiians fill a quarter of the plate with spinach. Perhaps some mac salad? Sorry to leave a negative review but this is my 3rd time trying Namu and this basic staple of a plate still isn’t any better.

Namu Barley Pod location on Halsey has closed.Went to the Division and 50th location. Same great food, cozy new area. Can't wait to try some of the other carts and the Ben Bearbrews.

Food was delicious and the staff was pleasant. 10 of 10 would go again.

First time at this place and I decided to get out of my comfort zone and try their Aloha Bowl which is tofu based(I hardly eat anything tofu). I happy to say that I’m glad I took that decision today. I was delicious!

I love their spicy beef noodle bowl - though if you're like me and like your egg runny, you have to request it, otherwise it comes with a very well done egg that is unappetizing. Usually takes a while for them to prepare, even when not busy, but most days it's worth the wait.
