Nice spacious bar in the Sellwood area. The gentleman behind the bar was incredibly friendly and receptive. There was three in our party and we had a pretty good time. It’s just a good dive bar with plenty of space
Came after a softball game at westmoreland park and was greeted by the lovely Drew who took SUCH GREAT care of us all night. Great food, beer selection, service, and music.
Ben and his staff run a true neighborhood bar and care about Sellwood. They keep a lookout on the street and make sure the clientele are respectful of the family friendly corner. I appreciate having them as neighbors and I appreciate the nachos and furthermore, I appreciate the stong pour on those Sunday mimosas.
We love Moreland Ale House! Especially for trivia on Tuesdays. Great food, amazing service, and fun vibes.
Very fun place to go to watch sports or just hang out. I've been there a couple of times and it's always a fun vibe, good beer, and quality food. Bartender Drew is great and has solid suggestions. Good indoor and outdoor seating options!
Bartender was very friendly and accommodating. 5 stars on service but we didn't like the sandwiches or fries.
"first visit". Staff was friendly, you will need to order at the bar. The burger I ordered and sandwich my wife did both tasted fantastic and were well prepared by the cooks. The fries were ok and tots were tots. The one thing I would change. (owner/manager) when serving your well prepared good looking food don't force it into a plastic red basket with paper liner.

Heya! Great job as always!But, do us a favor and modify your menu verbage.The menu listed online said something about adding a salad for a couple bucks (see attached picture). Turns out it was "substituting" a salad for the French fries on a burger order.And of course, the fries were what my SO primary wanted so she was quite disappointed. As was I.Anywho, you all do a great job. Just do me a favor and be more clear. It might be a silly annoyance to you, but all my girl wanted was some fries tonight, and she got let down.*As an edit, this was a take out order so it couldn't be fixed in house.
Been going here for a couple of years but my last visit had a pretty large bill which i always tip 25% but there was money added to my tip somehow..... Just leaving this so hopefully that stops happening.
