Despite its currently damaged look, due to renovations, I think this is the best food I've eaten in a long while. The married couple that run the restaurant were very accommodating. The food was perfectly seasoned and I have to admit that they make the best sticky white rice I've ever had. It was unseasoned but it didn't even need it. The meal was also perfectly portioned to let me feel comfortably full as well as satisfied.The one down side to small restaurants would be that they don't have their own parking area. But if you want to try Pho food or are a big fan of it already, then this little gem is worth the difficult parking as well as a short walk.

Fast, friendly, delicious. Got pho with flank steak and tendon, soooooo good. The tendon was the perfect consistency, the broth had just the right level of spice. You should eat here now.
Great food! Ordered their beef vermicelli noodles it was soo delicious and dis not have to wait long. Very friendly environment. Do not hesitate to try!
Walked in, sat down, guy looks at me (a big girl) says to me: "you look ready to eat!"...I ignore this but know it's a shot about my weight.I order, pho is good but I can't finish it so I get up to get a container, guy says "oh, you're a big girl, you can't finish that?!"So...the pho is good but the person working was pretty rude and disrespectful and I won't be back.
Portlands best kept secret for Vietnamese food. Both locations are wonderful, I think maybe the Sandy location has a larger menu? Not positive though.Just had the pho and vermicelli noodles at the division location. Pho was everything I could dream of. Vermicelli noodles were so flavorful. Maybe the best vermicelli noodles I’ve ever had. Service was FAST without jeopardizing the quality. And portions are HUGE!Absolutely would recommend.
Legit pho broth. Owner is very friendly. Iced coffee blends bitter and sweet very well. Banh mi was good but stay focused on soup here, people
Wish I would have taken photos but it ate it all too quickly. The best pho (or noodle soup in general) I’ve had in Portland. The couple working were incredibly sweet and funny! Definitely will be a regular customer
everything i’ve had from here is so good! especially the turmeric rice!!
Friendly service by the owner and a seemingly hidden large back patio with ample socially distanced seating. The wings are a favourite of ours, as is the curry chicken.
