Spent the morning getting our hike on in Forest Park and the Zoo. Needed solid refreshments and decided to give our fav a try for the first time in a long while. Excited that we not only found parking but seating right away too! Getting a few different beers between the group - all tasty of course. And the ever delicious tots two ways. Cajun and naked! ????

Went to see the new Newt Scamander flick... Theater is very cozy and a great place to watch a movie. Recommend getting there early enough to get your food before the lights go down. Eating in the dark was a serious challenge.
Tots were more croutons than potatoes. Service was trying to be funny but came off rude to be honest and my overall experience left me not wanting to come back to this location. That being said I enjoy most other McMenamins in the vicinity.
Very original scene. Very impressed with the flavor of the food and the theater is remarkable. The pictures are of the ceiling in the theater.
Location is no doubt very fun and unique. But food and drinks are another story. I ordered a Bloody Mary and onion rings thinking this would be a safe bet. I was wrong, the Bloody Mary was so thick it could be scooped with a spoon. Batter on the onion rings was HARD- inedible. All around, giant disappointment
Several vegan options, delicious beer, and friendly staff. The movie theater has dine-in, but is slightly lit, which can dampen the film experience. Would recommend for a family movie.

Very nice staff, service was quick and lovely. Only one critique was that the tots were a little cold, but not enough to ruin the meal, I’m sure it was just the end of a batch.If you’re looking for a nice casual lunch hang with an old friend, or a peaceful mid day date spot, this is absolutely the best in the neighborhood.
$25+ school lunch. Cross the street to the Safeway and grab yourself the same stuff for a better deal.
