A hidden gem at the less than ideal intersection. Great food and drinks. Burgers are fantastic. Super friendly crew working there. Plenty of seating both inside and outside. Note that leaving the parking lot can be challenging during rush hour, especially if heading back up Sylvan. Great job McMenamins Raleigh Hills, can't wait to go back.
Went online to check out hours of operation and menu. Hours stated they'd be open and drove all the way out there to find them lit up and not open. Frustrating location and getting to the place as well as leaving. Too many crossing streets in a single area, stop lights and signs at every block and little signage to direct you - it took 20 minutes just to get put on the path home. The entire trip was frustrating and unfortunate. Difficult travel, bad information and wasted time. Not a good experience when meeting up with friends for a bite...
Great outdoor spaces. Helpful staff. Great beers!Dog-friendly. The servers fetched a bowl of water for a panting black dog at the next table.
The service at this place is absolutely atrocious. The first time we came here to enjoy a couple drinks and a nice burger they were closed during business hours with no explanation at all. I understand being short handed so I came back to give it a try again. Sat at the bar and got a look like I was uninvited. The bar was mostly empty.... sat for 15 minutes and listened to different staff complain about different things before succumbing to my thirst and leaving for a drink. I called to place a food order as I drove to get a drink and actually got attitude from the same guy I watched help a pretty young girl open a bottle of wine for a solid 15 minutes..... Complaining about customers while standing at the bar lol I left hungry and shocked and won't be returning.
As a former server, I was super impressed that for our party of 7 (where everyone ordered burgers) everyone’s burger arrived to the right person and with everything we asked for!! Seems like it’s not an issue, but it really is when everyone’s food looks the same. Loved our server she was so nice and funny. The food was good. Really great experience.
Good food, reasonably priced, with friendly and helpful staff. Another great McMenamin’s eatery! Such a cute setting, very cozy and comfortable- not pretentious. You would feel at home in jeans or a nice dress.The drink was tasty. And service was quick.
Fire pit! Nothing like a fire with drinks!
Sat outside during mild spring day. Next visit we will sit inside to take in the great euro decorating. Burger and sliders tasted great. Service was excellent. Only downside was that there was traffic noise and view was mostly of parking lot.
My first time here and we had apps with some drinks and it was nice. Great place to go.
Nice ambience and ok service. But clam crowder was super watery even after adding crakers. No potatoes or clams found in my bowl. Sent it back and left back to work hungry. ☹??
