Rudest manager I have EVER come across. He yelled at me and then asked, do you GET IT OR WHAT" I WAS FLOORED!! As being a manager myself I couldn't imagine having this team member working for me. All I had stated was, I had a mobile order I had already paid for it but the menu items were not available so I asked if I could substitute and he just flew off the handle saying NO CANCEL THE ORDER DO YOU GET IT OR WHAT? Food is good, I will not be returning though.
Worst ☘️ shake I ever had. It wasn't even ST Patrick's month. The doors were locked and the staff ignored me although I pounded repeatedly on the window and. Asked to speak to corporate. I finally had to strip my clothes off and press my self up against the glass in order to get any honey mustard sauce for my napkins and straws. The fact that there was never any toilet paper in the stalls or soap in the dispenser and people often dooked in the urinal detracted little in light of the forward thinking of the. Unisex bathroom facilities. You can find me in the handicap stall from 7-8:30 M-F just slide a request through the hole in the partition and I will play your choice of soothing bowel movements and a capella concertos. three things up on a scale of none to ginormous
I’m going to get it out there and say I am a local guide in Portland???. Now that that is out on table let’s begin. This place is affordable no doubt. The trade off is horrible food. I ordered a vanilla cone (usually so yummy ? ???) and when I got it, I was astonished. I payed for it with my hard earned points ???that I spent weeks saving up for. When I got my vanilla cone my heart dropped ?❤️ . They gave me a little nub of vanilla on a piece of cardboard. This sad excuse of a vanilla cone has probably been through 40 shifts. When I guzzled down the “cone” in 20 seconds I cried. I cried because I realized that McDonald’s has become a disgusting capitalist machine that has lost pastion in their quality. When I went back to ask for a replacement cone the person called ? me broke ?.
Unfortunately I can't give it more than 2 stars but let me explain.I took a Crispy Chicken Burger and well..the chicken was soft. Had the smallest dab of Mayo under the 2 lil pickles and that was it. I still ate it, don't get me wrong, the chicken was seasoned and the sandwich was eatable but oh so dry..Also.. there are so much homless.. they knock on windows and make all the drivers nervous. I buy them a meal sometimes but today the one walking around looked like he was on drugs. Honestly just worried someone will try to get into a car at one point..hope no one gets hurt.
I understand they were busy tonight and i will start by saying everyone there is nice. I honestly am just disappointed that for the 2nd time food was cold and order was wrong. I asked for a cheeseburger no onions or ketchup. It came with nothing but ketchup and onion there wasn't even cheese.
At 10pm there was a line all the way around the block I had a pick up online order and they expected me to wait in the drive thru line as opposed to walking up to the window where grubhub and uber ears would go. Was inlibe for approximately 43 min
Had to wait a while for 2 big mac's. Made me sick and the stupid walk up window with homeless crackheads a plenty. Unless you have a car don't go there even when they open the dining room again

I mean it's McDonald's. But that doesn't surprise me but I won't tolerate getting old food! Everything was cold tasted as if grease needs to be changed out and you can tell they gave us some food who previously ordered and didn't get the food. Like a mistake or something! Very disappointed I wasn't feeling well and wanted to grab my toddler a quick bite to eat. Had it delivered via Uber eats! H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!!! Only got a star because you have to have at least one to leave review. Save your coins go home and cook stop eating this mess!
I understand being busy. I understand being short staffed. I understand these people don't get paid enough. I accept mistakes all the time as we are all human.BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND CHANGING PEOPLES ORDERS AS THEY DRIVE AWAY FROM THE MENU BOARD.I literally watched the order screen change as we drove away At the window I had my partner ask for the receipt because he paid right away. Sure enough they changed 2 of our sandwiches.We asked for the correct order and we were instantly met with "idk what you want me to do" "it's right here on your receipt that you ordered it"Tried explaining that we didn't order anything remotely close to the sandwiches we were given and asked if we could have what we ordered.After being told the "these ones are cheaper whats the problem"We were informed that unless we had cash they couldn't help us any further........People order specific food for so many reasons including health, allergies, textures, and more!Definitely not worth the small amount of convenience this location provides.
