Very delicious local hawaiian food! Never fails. For people who come and feel like this foodcart is never open, follow his instagram for updates @iolanis_plate_lunch. He usually works by himself so be understanding! (: my favorite thing to get is the mixed plate with guava chicken and kalua pork. He also has kalbi for specials sometimes which is my favorite as well, depends on what I feel like honestly.
Been coming to Iolanis for sometime now and everytime the food is amazing. Huge portions and amazing flavor. Nolan is friendly and welcoming! If you haven't tried, a must!

This cart wasn't open the first or second time I tried to provide business to this establishment! It has good reviews and I love Hawaiian style cuisine so I did give it a second go around. I hate giving a potentially struggling human a poor rating considering I haven't even had the chance to sample the food but it's hard to sample if ya can't catch them open when they say they will be. Rating is subject to change!

Delicious food, and wonderful owner. My husband and I came close to closing, but the owner was still so friendly and kind, and even gave us extra mac salad for free when we asked to order some. We’ve only tried the mochiko chicken, but everything in the takeout box was so tasty.
Just a food truck that you just gotta know that it's there and when you find it you wont be disappointed. We've lived so close to it for a few years now and recently found it. We ordered each item from the menu and they were all delicious. Could have ate it all in one sitting, but saved some for dinner. We will definitely be back for more. Mahalo Braddah Nolan!P.S: We were born and raised in Hawai'i and have lived here for a few years now. Was craving some plate lunch and were very happy we found this place.
If you don’t go here, you’re missing out cuz! The Kailua pig is bomb and so is the mochiko chicken! I’ll definitely be returning! Support local business!!!!!
