Best little shop around. Trust me, I know. I eat there all the time. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 's. Also, I'm a local guide.
The guy was nice and the atmosphere could have been better if there was a different crowd than the white women day drinking, but the food was just ok for the price and much too salty. I think the quality has declined since the last time I went and the price went up to boot. Next time I might just go to a real sushi place.
I tried the Very Vegan sushi burrito and the Marinated Tofu Musubi and both were really yummy! Loved that they had a few different vegan options to choose from.
I ordered two sushi burritos, spam musubi, and shrimp tempura. The burritos were okay. Not bad, not amazing. When it was time to unbox the tempura, I'm it's place was a piece of raw red meat wrapped in saran wrap.I looked over the menu again, there is nothing that offers red meat.So unless shrimp tempura is code for random.piece of raw meat, I don't think I got what I ordered.So.... I'm very befuddled as to why I have a box of mystery meat now.
Got a chicken Katsu musubi. Well seasoned, tasty and delicious!! Will come back for more! And they got a decent price!
Not my cup of tea. All the options have imitation crab and a little too much of it. The bowls have a fish to rice ratio that was not very desirable and the sauce doesn't really stand out. I'm very sensitive to gluten and it's very unclear what options don't have gluten. I asked about one of the dishes and he confirmed it contained it. I ordered a dish not seeing it had immitation crab and he didn't say anything. I ate it anyways because I didn't want to fuss or throw away 18 (including tip) bucks worth of food. Kind of expensive for what your getting. It doesn't make allergins very clear. Probably won't go back, but would recommend for people without food sensitivities and who like imitation crab.
Sushi in the burrito fashion. Eat it with your hands just like a burrito only it is rice paper filled with delicious sushi. Three food carts tucked away in a back courtyard away from the noise of car traffic in its own little courtyard. The alleyway has a really cool mural painted on one wall. Let's Roll is the only cart open before 5pm and everyday of the week. The Mezza Alley is only Wednesday through Sunday. Ruthie's pizza looked good I might try that next time, but that sushi roll was amazing. Being food carts they don't have a bathroom, but you could probably find one inside the brick and mortar buildings on either side. Very picturesque, great place for a date.
One of the best food carts I’ve ever been to! Definitely recommend this awesome place!
Awesome fish and super fresh. I will be back every hot day this summer
I’ve been here several times. It is friendly, great ambience. Close to my home. And it’s almost always a five out of five.6/16. Not sure what happened on the state, but the rice was hard, ratio of vinegar and such tasted off compared to the usual. Maybe you’d want to look into what happened.
