Not good vegan food. Sellwood people have really low standards or are just too positive if this is good vegan food?
I just came to portland and i was craving a seafood paella literally every single restaurant opens at 5 pm and thanks GOD la camel was open and let me tell you something IT’S THE BEST PAELLA in the world! I have been in madrid and Barcelona and nothing compares to this one. It’s a MUST eat in this place! Thank you so much karim all the best for you always and forever I’ll come back soon for sure!

Was blown away by the flavors in the falafel. Hands down best I have had in town. Texture and flavor were spot on. Turkish coffee was excellent as well. Friendly service.

Had them cater a paella party, it was the best we ever had, from appetizers, salads to the different types of paella... vegan is as good as Mixta with Spanish Chorizo.... you pay Little more, they have a carver that comes on site with an amazing Spanish Ham, they have access to all of them.. We settled on the Serano, they don’t come cheap. But well worth it....especially with a talented carver from Spain...100$ a person... you ll eat like Queen! Don’t cheap out on this, and tip the hard working guys... they do more than they are supposed to....it was 97 and yet didn’t stop till everyone was happy.... they are aware of everting and know what to do, they even spray cleaned area they cooked at and provided, everything... without asking.... very professional and know their stuff...
Wonderful variety of options s including vegetarian and vegan. Chicken Paella had a little kick but so good. And the portions were right on point. Couldn't have been a better lunch!
The paella (which cannot be found nearly anywhere else in this city) is out of this world good!!! I can't wait to try everything else on the menu!
Just discovered, and Ate here two nights in a row. Food is amazing! Lamb shank and seafood paella are on par with $50 dinners at high end restaurants in San Francisco. Love this place, and the owner is very nice!
