Tasty tapioca pearls (sweetened just right). You can indicate your sweetness and ice levels. Milky oolong very good. Green and black mill read also great. Their "milk cap" is a perfect salty creamy goodness. I have to restrain myself from going here to often. There is sometimes a line. Worth the wait if you have time.

June 2022 - This location is in a mall and there were a few parties ahead of us in line, short wait.Food/Pricing - KF Milk Tea ($4.75 + 0.90 large), Winter Melon Milk GT ($4.95 + 0.90 large), and Yogurt Green Tea ($5.15 + 0.80 large). To me, the best tasting out of the three was the Winter Melon Milk GT and Yogurt Green Tea is a close second. The KF Milk Tea didn't really cut it for me.Service/Ambiance - Friendly service.

HORRIBLE service. HORRID prices. I've never been to a place where the people working are as snotty and lazy as the ones here. The cashier was almost whispering and missed half of our order. Three drinks cost us $25...really?? Talk about overpriced. They were also out of half of the drinks on their menu. When we asked for an adjustment to our drinks the grown employee pretty much threw a child tantrum and did it with an attitude. She threw around the tools in the back as she fixed our drinks and basically threw our drinks back at us. When we did get our drinks back, there were a good 5 boba balls in it. If management sees this and knows who was running the store that day, I kindly advise you to fire them:) I would feel terrible if anyone else had to go through this same experience. People say "Keep Portland Weird," and when I tell you these employees were WEIRD

I am at a loss for words about this establishment (if you could even call it that). On a particularly hot day, I decided that I wanted a beverage. I thought no better way to quench my thirst was to get a drink form a different culture. When I showed up, the first thing that caught my eyes were the prices ????? ????. I was like omg ?bubble tea, but then I was like ???? noooo it’s 20 dollars. I asked for a small and the cashier said, “no we are all out”. I let out a small tear and payed them the money. When I got the tea I was unsatisfied ?. I wanted to get a taste of authentic bubble tea (king fu tea sounds very cultural), but i instead got a sub par cup of milk and sugar. Thank you, but no thank you ?????

I wasn't expecting this to live up to the expectation set by the length of its queue, but it was actually pretty good!

Absolutely disgusting. The tea is way below average and the prices are way too high. They trick you by showing multiple size options on the menu but then when you order, they say you can only get a large because they are “out of small cups” despite the fact that they have about 500 small cups stacked up behind the counter ????. This place is absolutely horrible! Shame on you! ???

Line up for 15 minutes while having 3 staff serving only one client. That would be better if one staff work with one client, the time waiting is shorter, the third staff can make teas and deliver. I don't give tip, the staff look quite disappointed - that is the minor point also. I am not much happy with the way you are working and 3 people listening and see one person order cakes and tea ...while a long line waiting. The bubble is sweet and jelly ? ?Tea favors is good.

Very sweet staff, delicious macaroons. My daughter offered the staff stickers, which they took with enthusiasm, and traded a whole sheet of lolita-style stickers that made my daughter's entire day!If I could give more stars, I would.

2 stars because of the verity of flavors but why only 2 stars because the barista was not clean and paying attention on making the drinks at all.She puts all her fingers inside the cup to grab it then again put her hand inside the cup to put the stickers on the cup. Not wearing the gloves or wash her hands after handling the money and do that right in front of me.Won’t go again as I’m not getting a drink that it’s clean specially in the Covid environment.

My sister, niece and my son we all went there but first of all went to zara and spend all the cash we had in hand for Christmas shopping. I left my card at home and couldn't pay for one of my bubble tea. She said it was ok. So she gave us the last one :( I felt so emotional because nowadays nobody is kind. I will come back and give you a big tip and pay for the bubble tea ? Thank you Kung fu tea for having amazing Employees.
