What a disappointment this place was.The fried chicken in the picture is apparently their idea of "seasme chicken". Who thinks this is seasme chicken?? I just wanted good old fashioned Chinese takeout but what I got was everything deep fried in a gross tempura breading while the meat inside was mushy, couldn't tell if the eggroll was supposed to be chicken or pork or both and the pork fried rice was blah. The fact that this place has 4 stars is extremely misleading and people thinking this place is good has apparently lost their sense of taste and/or smell.

NO customer service!! The guy that was sitting behind the desk was on his phone and it was very apparent he didn’t want us interrupting his phone time. After the few seconds of glaring at us- I specifically asked him if he didn’t want us to order and he said “ok bye” (this might be part of the reason they never have customers when I have been in there)The food is nothing great but I work near here so I went out of convenience and trying to support a small business during this time. Todays trip was definitely a inconvenience.Seems others that are also not pleased with this place based on other reviews.

Wrong low mein noodles no hard noodles for low mein. No fortune cookies. One sauce of each. I won't go again. Also barbecue pork was fatty

Horrible quality 1st time the family decided to have dinner from our local Kung Food Restaurant expecting a delicious meal quickly turned into a dinner full of disappointment peppered chicken was more like burnt seasoning on boiled slimed chicken all other items seemed like they had been covered in same slimy very unpleasant substance I am never one to post or rate a restaurant but this was a total waste of money the whole family took one taste and decided to toss this whole order away. If you are seeking authentic quality food I suggest not starting here for that. I’m just shocked how a restaurant can send out food like this ?

The food here is absolutely abysmal. The egg rolls were deep fried into a block. The sesame chicken was just chicken nuggets! No sauce. Avoid this place like COVID.

Please avoid this restaurant as much as possible. If you want any service you won’t find it here. Food wise could be better. But if I was going to spend money I would want to spend it where it’s appreciated.

We ordered a few things to go, the fried wontons were so over fried and practically burnt to a crisp. Cook should've redone them. The kung pao chicken had a really sour taste to it, honestly it was pretty gross. My husband found a rubberband in his kung pao beef. The BBQ pork was delish. I know this place can do better, but the last few times we have ordered from them there has been some kind of obvious issue that could've been avoided. Maybe staffing changes or something, hopefully they can get it together soon, they have been in the neighborhood for years.

I arrived 10 minutes after the pickup time, knowing this place is usually slower. After finally flagging someone down, I was told that the order is not ready. 20 minutes and a trip to 7-eleven later, I went in for an estimated time and was rudely told “it will be ready, when it’s ready”. 0/10, would not recommend this customer experience to my worst enemy! Horrible, rude, pathetic, sad, upsetting and definitely a waste of time.

We've been searching for our staple, go-to Chinese take-out and this is the winner. Awesome selection of vegetarian options. Every one that we've tried has been excellent.

Kung Pow Shrimp and Pork Subgum was 90% celery and full of water. Not an exaggeration. General Tsao chicken was decent. Crab Puffs were mostly shell. Pretty disappointed overall.
