The people working are ridiculously slow. They stand around with their arms folded with 20 cars in line. The coffee was cold, they screwed up my order and took 20 minutes to complete my order.
Today saturday May 21 was my coworkers birthday i got am early start and went over to krispy kreme because he likes these donuts .. rhe line was ten cars long ,, at 7:00 am i jumped in anyways it was important. Twenty minutes later i was up and was accosted by an abrasive voice asking me what i wanted , i asked for a dozen donuts and the person didnt understand my order three times , i asked her name:" Jud!"y and unbelievably she was the store manager , she told ne she didnt like being asked her name and then said she didnt like my tone of voice (?) and said was i being sarcastic?...Um no judy , i was trying to make you inderstand my order over traffic noise , its a drive thru. . She said " i will not serve you '" you are refused service ! Iand hung up . I had to wait in the line at krispy kreme and then leave without any dozen birthday donuts i was trapped in the car line .. . I have been going to this liocation weekly for four years , and have only had lovely people and experiences as that is what anyone expects from this location at Krispy Kreme They were obviously understaffed this morning but for a store manager to treat a qualityy customer with such disrespect and lack of professional customer service is truly shocking . shame on you JUDY . You need some retraining on how to handle your position at a great shop like krispy kreme , you didnt cut the mustard and you indeed were salty rotten mustard on a beautuful morning of a birthday celebration. I will reconsider going to this location as i dont wish for another jnteraction with extremely rude and unprofessional and impatient JUDY ,indeed we ordered from Coco donuts and they are more expensive better especially because there wasnt hate served along side .
A bit disappointed in our visit. As always the donuts were good no complaints there. But we did bring someone with us who had never had a hot Krispy Kreme so that was our purpose for the visit. The gal behind the counter knew this and knew that was the reason for our visit. When we got the car and started eating them we just had regular Krispy kremes. Not the hot ones that were right behind her coming hot off the assembly line.And granite she was new and we're all new sometimes.
Ryan immediately greeted me as I entered the 82nd Avenue location in Portland, OR. He was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. I placed my order while I was in the parking lot. The order, of warm original glazed rings, were packed and ready when I walked in. Ryan asked if I needed anything else, then thanked me and wished me a nice day. After a not so favorable review on the corporate page, I was sent a certificate for a free dozen donuts. At first I didn’t care to make that 35 mile, one way, drive to be treated rude in the drive through again. Today I decided to give it a go and went through to use the certificate. I have to say it was a very pleasant experience and the person was super friendly. So friendly in fact, I bought a second dozen!
Every time I come to this location I am disappointed. Without fail. Every single time. The people who work there are rude. Especially drive thru employees. Going to a location at 2pm and asking for a frozen drink only to be told they aren’t serving any frozen drinks just baffles me. No reason as to why but just not serving frozen drinks. Why even bother having that on the menu then? I don’t come here often but every time I do I am reminded why I don’t like it.
My attendant Jasmine helped me to clarify signing up for rewards and when the REWARD promo did not fo through for all 4 extra boxes of PLAIN, she was able to so some work and get me the plain kxes on a "bundle" set (which translates I to lower price!?). She was also VERY helpful in suggestions for my "flavored" dozen, and sent me off with two carefully packed bags of donuts. (I purchased 8 dozen!).
Krispy Kreme is one of my addictions! There are so many donut shops around with many different flavors BUT there's just something about that original glazed hot off the conveyor Krispy Kreme donut. It literally melts in your mouth with its perfectly soft dough and perfect amount of glaze exery time! Some might say it's too sweet but for me, it cures my sweets cravings instantly. NOW, they are selling Krispy Kreme MINIS!! Are you kidding me??!!! Cuteness overload plus perfect for those who just want a little treat!
This has to be the worst donut location I've ever been to. Initially was asked what I wanted and upon asking for the current specialty donut was informed they were all out of that kind since much earlier in the day. Would have been nice to know up front, but I understand. When then asking for a regular classic Krispy Kreme donut, was then told they were all out of those as well. It wasn't until I asked if there was anything else they were out of that I was told the list of donuts unavailable.
Disappointing! I received an email advertising the Twix donut, I was excited to treat myself. I get there in the morning and they tell me that they don't have the product, that the promotion ended which is funny because I showed her the email AND the advertisement on their app that clearly stated that it ended two days from today's date. She proceeded to argue with me about it. So I decided just to let it go and get their cream filled, nope, they were out of those too. I would understand if it was in the evening before closing but this was an hour in to the store being open. The lady was rude and this isn't the first time they have been out of donuts. I can't understand when it is literally all they do!
