Whitney was the server who brought us THE most delicious breakfast. She was so friendly, her recommendations spot on; brioche French toast and Hashbrown casserole and kept our coffee and water full. Thank you Whitney and thank you to the chefs at Kingsland Kitchen.

Everything we ordered for breakfast and beverages was delicious and our server share things to do an other places to eat while on our trip. Will happily eat there again!

We found the food more expensive than other, similar places. And the taste was meh. Overall, mediocre at best and we won’t be back

We dropped at this place at around 9am on a Saturday with a 4 year old. The food was great, the atmosphere was pleasant and the music was chill. We saw at least another group with a young kid like ours. But there were couples and friends grabbing breakfast and chatting. I had the Biscuits and Gravy, my wife had the California Omelette and our son had the Silver Dollar Pancakes. The potatoes on the Omelette had a unique and very tasty flavor to them, and the jam is house made. The service was A+… at one point one of the staff members approached our table and told our son that if he ate all his food and listened to his parents he would get a prize; and she came though. She came back with tray of goodies for our son to pick from at the end. He got a yo-yo out of the deal! That was a very unique and clever way to help parents with young children like us and we appreciated the nice touch! Overall a good experience!

Oh my goodness, what a delightful spot for brunch. I went fully expecting to get a "British breakfast" but on the recommendation of the staff, I went with the Lazy Cow Breakfast Tacos instead, which I'm so glad I did. It was like a party on my plate, and in my mouth! I sat on the barstools facing the windows with a perfect view for people-watching.The tacos were so flavorful and served with pickled onions, a roasted pepper (serrano?) and seasoned potatoes. So so good. Would definitely order again! ?The staff were also very friendly. It picked up quite a bit in business after 10am so I did need to wait a while to get the check, but thankfully had a delightful view to occupy myself.

Let me start by saying that I visited on Mother’s Day. The employees were overwhelmed and there was a wild line outside and couldn’t get on the list for a solid 20 min, then had to wait 40 min for a table to open up for 2 people. Was frustrating because there was a lot of open spaces and they would seat people there. When we finally were seated (slowed down), the waitress completely ignored us when we were trying to order, then took another 30 min to get us a check. I understand as a former customer service person, things happen but this is absolutely on the owner, not the waitress or the host. Please hire more people or schedule more people, it shouldn’t take over 2 hours to get food and pay for it. The food was really good, but I’m not really sure if I’ll visit again.

Overall one of the best brunch places ive had in portland. They had one of the best pancakes and chorizo breakfast burritos. The pancakes were light and fluffy with an abundance of fruit and compote. The burrito was very tasty and both were large portions. Also very nice atmosphere and outdoor seating. Service was great and very attentive.Although be aware of the $5 share plate fee. They don’t explicitly inform you of it.Still amazing food and service. Worth the visit !

The food is great and the service was relatively quick. I really like this place and can’t wait to eat here again! The meal portions are fairly large for me, so it works great to split the meals with someone. Tried several of the cocktails and they were all really good.

Best eggs Benedict I've ever had, you won't regret getting it with the honey ham, every bite was absolutely delicious

Awesome service with amazing food! Change of plans brought us to this upbeat establishment. Always love a good mimosa in the morning.
