Wow! The ramen is delicious. I ordered the Tonkotsu Shoyu ramen and it was incredible. The broth was flavorful and complex. The pork was melt-in-your-mouth amazing. I couldn’t get enough. The restaurant was busy but we were still able to find seating in their outdoor section. It was covered and had heaters. The price was fair too! I highly recommend this ramen.

It may not be the fanciest, but it's very very tasty, friendly, and I know this is a personal bias, but they have great taste in music.I was happily stuffing my face, when suddenly the theme song to Serial Experiments Lain (Duvet by Boa) comes on and suddenly I'm transported back to 1999.A good way to warm the heart and the belly at the same time. Will definitely be returning.Red tonkotsu was nice and spicy, portions were good, wings were delicious and fresh.

O so good! So much flavor, perfect every bite.We sat outside, it was cold but the heater kept us very warm. Great customer service as well.

Ordered the Miso Vegan Red which was a spicy vegan tonyu based miso broth. First time having ramen In Portland and this set the bar quite high. The heated patio was great for a cold January 1st day.

Best ramen in Portland. Simple as that. Their curry is delicious too. I was worried when they changed names but it still tastes just as good!

really good ramen. you can tell it’s made from fresh ingredients. spacious and warm outdoor seating area. the downside is incredibly slow service. I want to return but would appreciate quicker service when waiting in a cold and rainy line.

This place was formerly known as Marukin, but since transitioning to Kinboshi, both the service and portion size has suffered! The wait was long, prices are high, and the portions seemed like they were only half size! The broth is tasty, however it only came with two small pieces of pork. The egg is nicely poached. In short, there are much better ramen places in Portland!

This is some of the best ramen I’ve ever had. Unfortunately they use plastic bowls and spoons even if you eat in, which boggles my mind. I think I’m paying enough to eat out of a proper bowl with a real spoon. Or should i bring my own???

Amazing food! We will definitely be returning to this restaurant. We got the Tonkasu Red, chicken and rice bowl, and the pork curry bowl. All of them were flavorful and just so yummy!

decent ramen, had the spicy one, the boy had chicken, both were good, service took about 20-25 mins after sitting to get our order, what really sucked is that they ONLY use plastic bowls and forks n spoons, therefore I will not return nor recommend
