Food was amazing, got the Fungi burger. The fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned, the only thing is the burgers, despite being so tasty, can get heavy on the stomach and be a little on the greasy side. But overall beautifully cooked. One major downside is the wait, if you go at the wrong time, like I think we might’ve, you can be waiting around 45-50 minutes for your food.
Food was amazing as always. But none of their employees were wearing masks while cooking. With the mask mandate lifted, most restaurants are still masking up while handling food. I feel like Killer Burger employees are being lazy. No one is coming to the restaurant to look at your faces. We come for safely cooked, quality, covid-free burgers.
I accidentally submitted 4 stars instead of 5. As for an actual review since I didn't post one the first time; this place is amazing. The food was great, hot and fresh. The entire crew there was positive and patient, always had a smile and was making sure everyone was taken care of and safe. We appreciate you guys! I apologize for the 4 star accident review!

Good burgers and I like that they have verity of option to choose from but their customer service is what put this place at risk of loosing customers.The lady works here has a strong attitude that I don’t find it necessary.She had 2 inches long nails that it make it impossible for her to get anything done.She dropped the fries in front of me on the counter, grabbed them with her nails and put it back in my box thinking I couldn’t see.. unbelievable!Never going back here ever again!!!
I’m not a fan of the city, but man do they have a flavorful burger. 10/10. Side of ranch is thick and creamy, not that light watered ranch. Great food.
If you're complaining it's not because your food tasted bad. Also, Inclusive venue. Vaxed or not they love and support their community equally and equitably. Will continue to support and recommend to friends. Let's go to Killer Burger!
Killer Burger is a racist company. Don’t eat Killer Burger. Not only are they racist They don’t care about quality anymore. You are paying over $10 for a $4 burger.
I ordered a classic burger with the usual veggies and cheese. When it came it had a soft bun and juicy meat, but had some sort of red chili sauce on it that made it taste gross. It's even worse when you're expecting just mayonnaise and didn't order any kind of special sauce. I Couldn't even eat the burger it went straight to the trash. What a shame
just wanted to shout out to the excellent staff working the Hollywood location on Monday Dec 27th around 2:30 pm. They clearly had a short staff situation happening and inspite of a rude table who kept taking turns getting up from their table to harass them when they were clearly doing their best and then a bizzare interaction with an entitled Grub Hub driver who kept yelling at them without listening to the reason his order was behind they held it together and got everyone's food out in as timely a manner as possible and I just can't emphasize how awful it must have been for them, especially the young woman taking the orders who got the brunt of the rudeness. No one deserves that.
