I ordered the 5-piece Nashville Hot combo. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING... (from the chicken to the fries) was soaking wet and dripping with greasy-oil. I had 1 piece of chicken and had to threw away the fries. I won't ever come back to this place even if you'll pay me. I am still angry about having went there and spent my hard earned money on something that bad, like... how could you serve food this greasy human beings??? I can try to understand if you guys are feeding this greasy food to animals but to people?? It was late and was tired but I should have asked to speak with the manager about the quality of this place! Where's th3 manhement of this restaurant at? Where's the health department? How this retaurant still opened for business is beyond my comprehension.
The woman working the drive thru at 150pm today was the rudest employee I've encountered in a long timeI won't be back to this location everBut I will give a 1 star review every day I see her working there.
I love most of the workers who works there and they go above and beyond for me. this time though, i had to wait about 5 minutes to order because they were too busy talking in the back which is fine but then they didn’t even ask me what side i wanted and just gave me fries. then they didn’t even close the lid correctly so when i took it out the oil spilled all over my pants, bag, and table. how do you mess up closing a lid? it’s all oily as well i thought it was nashville hot sauce not nashville hot oil...
I've been here on many occasions and I've rarely encountered any problems with this KFC over the many years I've been their customer, and when I have had the occasional issue, it was never anything that critical and it was corrected. They've always handled my orders well, alerted me to any problems (ie; that there would be extra wait time on a particular item because they had to cook more, certain things unavailable, etc), and almost always I recieved my entire order correctly and in a very timely manner. The food quality has never been an issue, and the staff have always been friendly and courteous. I've got nothing bad to say about this KFC restaurant on Division, as a matter of fact just writing this review is making me think that, "Everybody needs a little... KFC!" B-) Nice work y'all! ????
Honestly, probably one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. I was wonder why the service was lightening quick and the employee handed me my food and quickly shut the window. It’s because they didn’t make anything fresh, haha. I got the new Beyond Fried Chicken nuggets and it was literally inedible. The fries were old and cold. The vegan chicken nuggets were so hard and old I couldn’t even bite into them. I will never come back to this KFC. Major bummer!
Everything was very old and cold. It was dark, like they didn’t clean the fryer for many weeks, I had a stomach ache and threw up. Really gross location. I’m not sure I will ever eat KFC again. Absolutely disgusting
Horrible customer service coupled with a horrendous wait time. Avoid this location at all costs. Two of the employees were just passing judgement and gossiping about every customer coming through the drive thru while doing everything to avoid doing their actually job.
Chicken was undercooked. Slaw was spoiled and cashier was beyond rude

Just went thru the drive thru had to repeat my simple one item order 3 times and when I pulled up to the window the guy looked soo stoned he barely had his eyes open. I’m now waiting in the parking lot for my food, it’s been over 5 mins and they are NOT busy at all
