The manger is nasty black curly or wavy hair heavy looking Hispanic Latina very rude and her staff not professional at all . We went to buy a bucket of chicken on the day of the super bowl they told us they were closed but still had there signed up open supposedly only taking orders in the drive through . There was also this African girl not professional very naive and short did not give good customer service told us very rude that we had to leave very ignorant . After we ordered on the drive through there was a miss understanding with our order and the manager in black curly hair was very rude not professionally did not explained well to us the orders and price yelled out side the drive through that now we have to buy the orders without explaining nicely the confusion and miss understanding . I’m never coming back to place again been going there for twenty years people are ignorant and rude in here .
I ordered online and waited to go to drive thru until order was ready. They told me i have to go in. I said i am disabled and they said nothing so i asked do i have to come in it is very difficult for me. I am on forearm crutches. I asked can i please get in driveway. Or do i really have to come in. They said i have to come in. So i did on my forearm crutches. When the saw me they never acknowledged me for several minutes. When they gave me the food did not offer to help when they saw me trying to get a hold of it. And i even mentioned they should not require disabled people to come in. When they say it is difficult. Also there was only 1 car at the window and noone else in driveway.
Ordered on the app 2 hours before they closed and when I arrived they said they were out of chicken. They said they cancelled my order, but on the app it says my order is completed. I was told to get my money back I had to contact the app because it is through a 3rd party and they are a franchise. I tried to cancel my order on the app but it says my order was completed. I got scammed out of $30. They should not accept orders through the app or anywhere else if they are sold out of chicken. Complete scam!
I am homeless and theanagervwas not polite to me because of it . I purchased 2 cups of water and sat down. It was hot outside and needed to cool down for a minute. She rushed us and made us uncomfortable while I was there.
Love KFC chicken. We came at a busy time of day. We wanted a 16 piece bucket of regular chicken. They were out of breasts in original and crispy and didn't have enough legs and thighs in original. So we ended up with a mixed bucket of legs thighs and wings in both regular and extra crispy. Not an issue for us, as we love both. ?
We (my boyfriend & I ) got 2 of the famous bowls & 4 biscuits. They would have gotten a 5 star, but they were out of butter for our biscuits!!!

Great staff!! Food is great!! The reason for the 4 stars, there has been times where my order wasn't always filled at the drive through. But, they always fix it.
We went to pick up the beyond nuggets and fries. The online order system was convenient and much better for me than sitting in drive through
Drive through was quick & the person at the window was polite & professional.
