My biscuits were old and hard. My chicken was old and dry. My Mac and cheese wasn’t, I was given coleslaw instead of what I ordered. My apple pies should have been 4, one for each family member, there were two, even after the associate assured me there were 4. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS “restaurant”. The food is disgusting.

? Do Not Go Here ?Petsmart has better chicken jerky--go there before eating at this KFC.On my last visit I was asked to wait in the parking lot after driving through the drive-thru. After waiting 20 minutes I went in and apparently they forgot to bring my order to me which was cold at that point.I should have known better but I went there again tonight. When I got home I discovered my chicken was burnt and dry as jerky. It was so awful I ended up tossing it.

This kfc is the actual worst. I ordered the two-piece meal with fries and got stale and soggy chicken and mashed potatoes. I went back and asked for a fresh meal and Kendra (If that’s her real name) was absolutely incredibly rude. I’m very soft-spoken, and with mass I know it can be hard to hear and on top of that I was uncomfortable asking for a fresh meal so I was not speaking very loud and Kendra all but yelled at me what I don’t need to do WHAT? When I repeated myself louder She cut me off and said you don’t like it? And I said I’m asking for a new meal because this is stale and soggy. And she ripped the bag from my hand and went back to get my new order and did not put the fries in my order. So I went back through the drive-through and said hey my fries aren’t in my order and when I got up to the window she laughed at me and said the fries are in the bag and I told her they weren’t in the bag and she laughed again and said that’s OK I’ll get you an extra order of fries. I’m not sure if the comment was made because I’m fat or because I asked for a fresh correct order. Either way, this was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. If you can’t handle a customer service Position you shouldn’t be in customer service.

Store is open until 11pm. I ordered a 8 piece meal online just after 9pm this Saturday night. I drove there to find signs indicating online orders are to be picked up inside, but the doors were locked. I then had to get in the drive through behind two other cars, wait, then over the speaker, the lady told me they could not fulfill my order because they had no chicken! Are you kidding me? I said just refund me. She said they can not refund me either! Now I have to spend more of my time seeking out my own refund! This particular store is complete trash!

Terrible place.I’ve been to a lot of KFC’s. It’s usually one of my favorite fast food places to go. I’ve been to this one several times since it’s the closest to me and never had a good experience. I thought I’d give it one last try, but this time blew it for me. I spent $9 on a 2 piece box, which first of all is ridiculous for the amount of food I get. Second of all, my food was VERY undercooked and I was left extremely disappointed in my favorite fast food place. I couldn’t even eat my food by the time I got home. I will no longer give this KFC any sort of business.

My first review bc they deserve it. Couldn't understand the guy taking my order and he couldn't understand me so then some lady took my order and for some reason she was very angry. She took my order and still gave me the wrong food and my chicken was dry and burnt. Why so angry? Idk. They always mess something up and aren't the nicest. I wouldn't be surprised if I found out they spit in peoples food. Like I said she was angry for no reason.

DO NOT ORDER BEYOND FRIED CHICKEN FROM THIS LOCATIONThere was an actual chicken wing in a box of the Beyond fried chicken, almost indistinguishable from the vegetarian wings. This is not okay. Props to Beyond for such a convincing product (clearly) but incredibly disappointing to see the roll out of such an innovative option off to a difficult start. Staff failed to provide a recipict for the transaction so perhaps it was intentional on their part, either way: very disappointing. Hopeful that Beyond can find a better company to partner with, one that can see the impact such a product can have. No doubt a phone call to Yum! and regional offices are in order, come business hours.

They suggested a dark meat 9 piece for 9.99 I got original 2 buckets they didn't make it home! Very yummy chicken

Waited 10 minutes with one car ahead of me and the window down so I could hear the low volume speaker and got wet from the rain coming in. Ordered and paid for a three piece, received a two piece (thigh and drum) No subs allowed apparently so I was stuck with a dry biscuit, no butter or honey included. Never again. This KFC obviously blew their was on the remodel and is cutting corners.
