Loved this place. Great vibe. I got the Beatnik cocktail and loved it! I do not like beets which is the base of the cocktail and still loved it..good sign of well made, balanced cocktails. Yes, I could taste the beet but it complimented the drink.

Cool place, love the record collection and the big round booths that fit a decent amount of people. They have good food and really well made mixed drinks. Chicken sandwich is awesome. Brunch on Saturday and Sunday!

Try the pickle-flavored popcorn!

Great atmosphere and loved the bartenders. All very nice and talented! I went off menu with my drink order and it was OK. Not quite what I was looking for, but still good. It's a chance you take sometimes. Will definitely go back though!

Excellent as always. The bartender suggested the perfect cocktail. A delicious burger and curly fries followed. And the music selection delightful.

Honestly, the drinks here are top notch and the service and atmosphere are wonderful.Unfortunately, I’m older and female, and it’s been a pandemic for years now. I genuinely had no idea that a newfangled, stylish type of man idiot existed in this world. They do appear to appear in force at this bar because of its many fine and delightful qualities.Luckily, our severs handled every situation with dignity and class and my evening with women I enjoy was mostly uninterrupted and lovely.I will return at the soonest opportunity for a Rose City Sunrise.

One of my all time favorite spots. The drinks are fancy without being pretentious, and the staff is as good as they come. The food portions are generous, but could use a bit of work on the seasoning and presentation. But the killer element is the atmosphere. Lively yet chill. Great music and live vinal DJs most nights. If you haven't been, you've been missing out.

Everything ordered at this place was just a little bit off. The biscuits & gravy was very sweet and almost tasted like it had baking spices in it. The chicken fried steak although absolutely delicious was such a small portion. Eggs benedict although perfectly poached had an overwhelming lemony hollandaise sauce. There was also no saving grace for the Bloody Marys. The spice didn't mask the fact it had no flavor overall. The olives in it tasted like they swam in dirty dishwasher then were served. Service was horrendous and doesn't save the slightly odd food/drinks. The water cups also had lipstick marks on them, straight from the water station.

I give it a 2 1/2 The atmosphere was nice the team was nice unsure of the drinks as I did not partake in any. The team I will at this time say it's what you get with the virus short staff and trying as hard as they could to satisfy. The atmosphere tossed together for the Yuppy white class Americans in NE Portland. The food cold some a little warm. Would I go back again unsure I do believe in second chances. However, took a lot to get out and feel safe (virus) my take on what I felt about it.

Great 60's vintage vibe on the inside. Prompt and engaging bartenders. Lovely covered outdoor area tucked to the side AND an outdoor access to the bar. Can't find a seat? Check in the spare room in the back.
