Delicious food! Happy friendly workers. The polite gentleman behind the bar made me a fabulous lemonade while I waited for them to finish my takeout order and it was great!
The proprietors are extremely welcoming and attentive. Everything is extremely affordable: THE DRINKS ARE ONLY $8! But the quality doesn't suffer. The best kabobs, meaty and succulent, I've ever had. These people work hard and deserve your business. You won't regret taking an evening here.
Best falafel ever (and gluten free too)!! The rest of the food was fantastic. It nice that they have delicious food that worked for gluten free and vegetarian. Flavor and quality were never sacrificed in the process. The hospitality is amazing. I hope more people discover this amazing place.
Went here for the first time and I’m absolutely in love. From the ambiance to the clever whit of the owners and I haven’t even gotten to the food and drinks yet. Incredibly priced. I got to try their new vegetarian dish Motafaieh. It’s easily 5 stars, mouth watering tang in a savory broth over cauliflower. Such a unique delicious taste that highlights Portland summer done right in a delicious dish. I will be back!
So good!!! The food is delicious, we loved everything. We got fried cauliflower, hummus and pita, and lamb and vegan mains. It was all so so good. We enjoyed it more than other Lebanese restaurants we've been to in Portland. Service and music were great too.

Some friends and I kind of randomly ended up eating here, and I am so glad we did. We were greeted by who I believe was the owner/chef and he sat us and answered all our questions about the food. Everything we had was AMAZING and was a very large portion. Most of all I really appreciated the restauranty "feeling", it felt like a nice break from all the fast casual in Portland. I will be coming here frequently, and I encourage you to do the same. Also a good amount of veg options!
Oh my gosh this place is so delicious! And the owner is so sweet and accommodating. Worth every penny for dinner!! The chicken with potato (moothawama) was out of this world. I had the veggie platter as well and guest had their famous kebabs (one shrimp screwer and one lamb). Enjoyed three apps the hummus, baba and lebane. Finished off with hot tea (mint and sage) and then went down the street to Ed & Bean for dessert.
This place was everything I could hope for. Amazing food and the owners are incredibly kind people who make everyone feel so welcome. You must try their baklava! We will for sure be coming back to try more of their delicious dishes. Thank you Ali and Layla!
Nice small place where everything is made to order. The specialties are kabobs, but they also have good salads and small plates. Limited wine list and full bar. There are a lot of good middle eastern restaurants in Portland, and this is one of the best
