Good food at a good price fairly fast service. They always look like you are imposing when you order food maybe it's just been a long day.
I cannot believe this place has an average 4 star rating! After ordering a spicy chicken bowl with specific instructions about replacing the included teriyaki sauce with spicy sauce, I proceeded to use the restroom. Had to be the worst public bathroom I've used other than a port a potty. The smell was horrific. There was a literal hole in the wall with leaking insulation. The walls had obviously not been cleaned for months if not years. Very pessimistic about eating the food knowing they obviously don't care about cleanliness. I don't think I'd be impressed with the kitchen. But, I gave it a go. Spicy chicken bowl. Served completely dry, with nothing spicy about it except for the side of spicy sauce I had asked to replace the normally supplied teriyaki sauce. Which they included, BTW. Shows that they don't even listen to their customers. Now the food... I always get chicken breast, which costs more and takes longer to cook. Totally OK with that. Definitely not OK with the chicken being so rubbery it was inedible. 3 bites in, I was finished. Definite waste of time and money, and SO wish I wouldn't have tipped. I would for sure NOT recommend this location!!
My first time was the most delicious teriyaki I have had in some time. Especially for a fast food place. I had the chicken-jalapeno. They give you plenty of food. I have now been there several times. The food is still great, but not as good as the first time. I do recommend this.
We thoroughly enjoyed a spontaneous dinner out at Joy Teriyaki and we WILL be returning again. Amazing chicken Teriyaki bowl that I couldn't stop eating!
Love the food! I love the spicy teriyaki chicken also. It's great if you want akick or need to clear your sinus sometimes.
Small portions, weird gooey salad dressing, too much teriyaki sauce poured over the meat. I wonder how much sugar they really put in the sauce, but aside from that it's ok. Lady at the front counter was grouchy! A little OVERPRICED!!!
Spicy pork bowl is a lunch time fave. This place never disappoints
Awful. Bad customer service. She was pressuring me to order while I try to look at menu. I ask for fried rice on the side. Didn’t get fried rice, gotten rice ball. Then my orange chicken was plain.
I love this place but oddly not for there chicken teriyaki which is good but there beef teriyaki is the best I've ever had as long as ur open u will continue to have my business
Pretty good quality and price. Had the chicken teriyaki and gyoza dinner special. Staff was personable and friendly. Restaurant could use some upkeep.
