Not only did you go out of your way to take care of my mother by walking out of the store to the sitting area to see if there was something else you could substitute for her drink but you made sure that they were top notch. You must have felt my energy and saw the distress on my face. Will change my review when information is updated to 6 am open. Google says 5 am, and there is no sign posted in the front stating their hours. I wouldn’t even bother putting a review, but I’m a little frustrated that the workers there let me wait in line for 10 minutes for nothing as I thought they were getting ready to open but just running a little late. They were visibly able to see me, and others, waiting in line for 10+ minutes until one of them finally told us they don’t open until 6 am. :_(
As with most airport locations, this one is staffed with unpleasant and rude employees who snap at simple questions like asking why they’re not open at 5 am like the sign says. Add this to the list of places you shouldn’t bother with.
Great staff, if your drink isn't right they will remake it, no problem. Good drink

I would like to remind everyone that this Jamba juice is not actually accessible to everyone else it's only accessible to the folks on the other side of the security line inside the airport unfortunately it doesn't mention that in the Google maps but maybe that will change and again I've only been there maybe once and of course it was on a flight in however in my opinion Google maps should let people know it's not generally accessible to the public not really a fault of Jamba juice but it's something they should go ahead and mention. Actually I'm really sad that Jamba juice is no longer located in the main shopping district where the Nordstrom's Marshalls and of course where the Ikea in the Best buy is located.
The Jamba Juice at the airport on gate E Is terrible! The worst customer service I’ve ever gotten not just me but to every customer !!!! Besides that the smoothies aren’t made the way they r suppose too. Plus they only filled the cup half way like if your paying for the size you want you should get the right portion . They were out of everything supposedly and it’s only 10 am
Smoothies are great but it’s pretty ridiculous when the app and website says they open at 5am, the first employee says they open at 5:30am and then the second employee says they open at 6:00am… come on people just want some breakfast before getting on the plane
