Ive been to this location 3 times, never again. every time the workers are just jerks and disinterested, like I'm a burden. no hi how are you, nothing. not to mention the food the last 2 times has been very lack luster. you'd think with no one else in line my food would be hot and fresh. nope. dry patty, over cooked nuggets. just terrible experience all around. had to throw the food out. never going again. pay your employees more and then you'd probably be able to hire better workers.

Unfortunately the dining room wasn't open so had to get my order to go. I'm from the East coast and JIB doesn't exist anywhere near me. So I was excited to get their tacos as I hadn't had any in years. They were exactly as I remember them. Nothing fancy, but they hit the spot.

Went there yesterday at 4:47 pm prior to going to the airport. Neon sign said open, door was open. Went in to order food and waited there for a wihle before seeing a woman behind the counter preparing orders. She motioned to me to wait that someone would come and take my order. Waited several minutes and no one came. 2 more customers came in and went to the bathroom. I went to the bathroom and came back to order. Still no one coming to take my order. The lady behind the counter kept looking back somewhere I could not see as if she was looking for someone to come to take my order. But she never told me "We're closed." She was busy preparing orders, so I thought to go to the drive through.Sign still said "OPEN" but at the drive through order no one answered. I drove up to the window and the same lady saw me and then WALKED AWAY. I drove around to the front again and saw a woman coming out of the place with a full bag of food. I asked her, "Did you mobile order or order there?" she said mobile order and that they were closed. And yet the sign still said OPEN. So at 5:-04 I drove away and then had to scramble to find another place to get food before getting to the airport for my picky eater child who was now in tears hungry, tired and frustrated as was I.The least you could do is teach your employees to:1. Say "we are closed/no longer taking orders" instead of making people wait for NOTHING2. Put your sign to "closed" when you are closed and close the doors3. Also change your google hours - they do not indicate that you close at 4:30 pm on Friday afternoons.

If you know how to work the menu, you can still eat here cheap when you're low on bucks. Still the second best fast food curly fries in the region.

Wonder why the drive thru was closed at 9:45 pm 1/25/22. I'd like to know if it's always going to be closed when I get off work...

Tried to order food, have verbally stated several times that I was deaf, cashier did not let me read her lips or write down what she was trying to say, so I didn't get my tacos & breakfast burrito & had to go to Burger King.

The service. Are. So slow specialy on keekensAnd the. Food allways cold

Food was good. I didn't have to wait long while going through the drive through, wait time was about was expected for orders not made until you order, hardly ever any crazy lines of traffic at this location, (it's on the route I commute to work) Staff worked efficiently, double checked order was correct, and were kind and courteous which can't always be said in this industry...Only down side with this experience really was that I was extremely caught by surprise when I heard the total amount for my order. 2x regular sized meals and a kids chicken nugget meal with an orange juice was into the $30's plus.just not what I was expecting at all, but to be completely fair here,It has been a while since I've been out for fast food. It felt like I was paying for a delivery fee + service upcharge combination, at least that was my initial thought anyways.- now understanding why always a lack of traffic lol I was thinking it was because of covid but nope. It's because ... if the choice for the "every-day-working-class" people is between going out for fast food a couple times a week, or making new car payment ... I mean that's not really a tough financial decision there, now is it!? Wait ...nevermind, don't answer that! It was supposed to be a rhetorical question!

Fast food but the best of the hamburger chains I think the mini tacos are my favorite

Horrible customer service. Messed up on my order. Went inside and was told I would have to bring the wrong stuff in and also pay extra to fix it.Very rude. Then I got home and items were missing . Seriously ruined my night with the attitude. Definitely not going back. Worst customer service I've received in a long time. October 12th around 6:10 p.m. On top of it all the food that I did receive was cold. Never again. Somebody should give these youngsters better training in customer service.
