I would give zero stars if I can. Avoid this location at all costs. This is the most mismanaged and poorly staffed fast food place I have ever seen. Multiple issues. I was there a few months back at 230 in the afternoon. Person in drive through asked us, 4 people in vehicle, to come back in 30 minutes because they couldn't help us... Last night I entered drive through at 950 pm (they are stated to be open until midnight) directly behind another vehicle. Vehicle in front of me ordered successfully and I then pulled up. Sat there for a few moments and wasn't greeted. I started ordering and the lady says "closed". I said excuse me did you say closed. She said "closed". I could not believe they took the cars order in front of me then said they were closed. Absolutely ridiculous. FIX. YOUR. PROBLEM.
OMG!! Never again. We went inside put order in, only had orange soda, no ice. Took them 25 minutes to finish our order and we were the only ones there. The extra 10 minutes waiting for drinks. He said machine not working while he was on phone. Finally got it going. Meanwhile lady walks in never got waited on, she left. They offered something free for waiting. We were good. Total of 35 minutes! Going next door to eat next time. Get your s**t together!
The employees in the drive-thru seemed friendly enough but the wait times are atrocious! This was my second time getting food to go and both times I spent roughly 20-25 minutes sitting there with my car running!! Not sure what the hold up was but they really need to work on their drive-thru times. And NO ONE apologized for the long wait...
The food is the worst. The employees can never get an order correct and they are very RUDE!!!I already did file a complaint online with the recipe code. I got no response when I asked for one. I am not going to waste my time again.
The employees were rude every time I go in they r never friendly I say if u hate ur job change it but don't take it out on us
Food was good last time, but they were closed during business hours even though the listing was updated by the owner 2 weeks ago. Ran into a similar situation at another jack in the box a few weeks ago
We’re super hungry and we saw this Jack on our way home, we ordered and one of my kids wanted some extra fries when I get to the window I ask the cashier if he can add the fries and he denied, that was the beginning when we got home we noticed the were a few items that we ordered missing. So sad that I spent too much money and no getting my food. First and last time eating at this restaurant.
They're all right they do give me your food but when you ask for the sauces hot sauce they don't make it And you never get what you ask for almost
The last five times I been there between 6-7am nobody helps me on the drive thru. I’m just wasting my time waiting.
This jack is drive-thru & was efficiently moving the line . The line wasn't very long. So it made for a quicker flow of vehicles . friendly staff.
