Food always comes out hot and customer service here is great! The workers are always nice and courteous. They serve breakfast all day which is rare now adays, my favorite thing to get there is the double sausage sandwich and the tiny tacos with avacado lime sauce. I recently just tried their hot coffee and wow it's better than starbucks and all the other fast food coffees I've tried. I've never visited during peak lunch/dinner hours but if you have a problem with waiting or you're annoyed they close early, you should put in an application lol
They forgot three items my husband had to go all the way back to grab stuff for the kids the lady called us liars very rude unprofessional the sad thing is she probably has a better medical insurance than we do. Lady you just called 2 Retired security officers liars great customer service! I cannot even roll my eyes far enough into the back of my head on this one

All these fast food joints need to get with the times and stop being a scaredy-a$$. The mask mandate has been abolished by every state except Hawaii. And Oregon was one of the last holdouts . . . Open your damn dinings rooms, and stop making us walk up to your drive through during peak business hours to order!!!
They didn't have any fried foods. IE fries onion rings or chicken. Not Coke products and no Milk shakes. Only thing was burgers. They didn't have a sigh up or any thing. The store should gave been closed! Very disappointed.

It's Jack In The Box. Great greasy fast food. This location let's you order inside during the Pandemic which is nice. Nice guys take your order. No complaints.
Honestly disgusting. When I used to work at jack in the box it was MANDATORY that we had our hair tied up. Today at 5:45pm there was a girl at the window in a red sweater with her hair down and it was past her shoulders. I called and complained but the one who was in charge told me “ i can’t tell her nothing “ that’s disgusting. What if her hair is in my food?? What if she has something else in her hair? Absolutely unacceptable because we would get in trouble for having our hair down and isn’t it in the handbook too unsanitary
