Just good food and the best fries in town. I've been going here for 21 years.The new Chicken Sandwiches are bigger and crunchier!
Ordered online and then drive 15 mins out of my way for it to be closed even though its 24 hours with 2 cars in the parking lot so it looks like people were there, but they took my order online and my money with no problems. Never going to this location again
Open 24 hours? More like a 24 hour headache. Doesn’t matter what time you come to this location, chances are they are closed. It literally doesn’t matter if it’s 10pm or 3am they will be closed. Why on earth would you advertise being open 24 hours when you’re not? They do a fun “system update” arbitrarily and they’ll say to come back at a certain time but guess what…. You come back and the system update is still happening or the computers are down, or they can’t process any payments. Coming to this jack in the box is only fun because we get to guess whats wrong/why they can’t take our orders. I can confidently say that if I go to this location, I might as well prematurely decide to get something else to eat. With these odds I should really be playing the lottery.
Way over priced for badly prepared food. The Burgers came from a warmer oven and so did the buns not toasted at all. This was not a burger and I was very disappointed. The Frys were cold and like cardboard. So dinner for an two was 28 dollars. More than I have ever paid for fast food drive through, never again. My dogs did like the fry's, that was a good thing.
This location is usually pretty busy and slow but they are trying so hard and usually have short staff. I am always happy to wait as I get excellent service.
Three times now I’ve been greeted with a “systems down” which apparently happens every day for hours on end and no one can order during this time. Don’t call yourself a 24 hour location if you just decide to shut your system off at random points for hours every day. On the plus side the McDonald’s across the street that’s taking all your missed orders says thank you for the extra few thousand a day your sending their way. I’m lovin it!
The people were very slow I work for Uber eats was trying to puck up 2 orders 1 I waited 45 min for finally I asked the Mgr what was going on since the girl at the window couldn't give me an answer so I asked for Mgr who was rude and snapped at me saying I need to cancel that first order they are not making it and then the 2nd order another 20 min wait on that I was sitting in parking lot cause they said they would bring it out never did so 20 min later I drove back through the line finally got the order never got an apology from Mgr for her rudeness and snapping behavior she must have told girl at window to ignore me but I wasn't going to let that happen I had customers I needed to get food to. I will never go there again not for Uber or myself they need to fire that Mgr that was there Sunday morning 10/31/21 she is not fit to be a manager she was short thin with black medium length hair and glasses . Luckily my customer still tipped me even though it was their fault I did however let her know what was happening. She thanked me for still doing my job and bringing her the food she said if I would have canceled she would have understood. Jack in box fire this woman !!
If I could put a zero I absolutely would. The women at the window was dreadful. To pin point it she had red hair, glasses, fake eyelashes, and a disgusting personality all wrapped up in somehow a manager position? She cut us off when we were not finished ordering, and when the poor guy at the window was going to add to our order she then cuts him off. She refused to add anything at the window, but also denied the fact she cuts us off. I'm pretty sure saying, "pull forward", when I even asked an additional question and going silent is cutting off I don't know what is. Also the poor kid at the window is going to be forced to be treated badly by customers for her awful attitude.
Wonderful service! And they had the other customers done really fast and the food was great ?
Fast friendly service. Food was fresh and hot.
