I drive up to the speaker and no one responded. I said "Hello" a couple of times and waited patiently. I waited and waited. I drive up to the window and the guy started mocking me, saying "Hello... Hello" and then rudely said I had to order at the speaker. I told him that he never responded and he said he didn't like my attitude and was refusing me service.I called the number on the board and the guy said he has not worked there in three years. Honestly, I feel like I'm being jerked around and made fun of because I have a disability.
If you wanted a milkshake or cheese on your double cheeseburger then think again. The last three times I have regrettably went here they are too lazy to make a milkshake and tell you their machine is down and forget cheese on my cheeseburger… that’s when they were actually open surprisingly.Will never go here again . I recommend steering clear if you want what you pay for or competent service
The absolute worst! The Drive-Thru told me they were only accepting "mobile" orders. I then called to place my order & no one picked up. Back at the Drive-Thru they then told me they only take "online" orders. I tried ordering online & was directed to Uber-Eats. I understand there's a pandemic but this is beyond that at this point. I am not going to pay extra for an online order that goes through a third-party app while I'm in your restaurant's parking lot.
This is the best Jack in the Box I have been too. We always have a big order. This Jack got it right, nothing was missing. The food wasnt over cooked, it was really good. What a great staff!
I love their stuffed jalapeños with ranch. Egg rolls with sweet and sour sauce. How about some chicken strips with curly fries and ranch. I’m getting hungry already
Just tried to order food through the drive through, and the lady told me to come back in 10 minutes that they weren't ready to make food... Like are you serious? Mind you it was 4 in the afternoon on a Saturday. I used to go to this location all the time but now it's just a bad experience everytime. Strongly suggest to avoid this location. They don't really even make food when u want it lol...#trash
The last three times I've gone through the drive-thru I've waited in line for about 5 minutes and they've told me that they're closed. I've gone it all times and hours of the day I would not waste your time of coming here they're just closed all the time
Took mins before anyone said Hello. Not even a. "Be with you in a moment"... Orders through the drive thru took longer than driving to the next Jack in the box(only 2 cars ahead of me). It was like they were working on one car at a time from order taking to handing the order to them, till they helped the next customer. My order was simple. Sourdough Jack by it self and Tried their new cinnamon donut holes.. No cinnamon no sugar.. Not even in the bag that they came in. ?.THIS IS A HAMBURGER TOWN!... For as long as I waited for this 1 inch skimpy $8 sandwich I could've drove off to Little big burger or Killer burger or PDX Sliders or Five Guys and enjoy sitting down in a restaurant and possibly order something else.(I was stuck in the drive thru)Where's quality control? DOES CORPORATE EVEN EAT THEIR FOOD?Your "Restaurant" is useless.Why come to your chain if I can go get a better burger from a burger stand down the street?WAKE UP OR SHUT THE DOORS PERMANENTLY!
I don’t know what happened to this location! Never had any problems until recently about a month ago I went to drive thru to order and they said they aren’t taking any orders because they were on a “lunch break” are you freaking serious? Fast forward to today I tried the drive thru again, same time as previously btw, and they said they weren’t taking any orders because their system was down. No apologies and had me waiting 5 min in front of the call box before saying anything. This is utterly ridiculous! Jack in the Box, y’all gotta do something about your franchisees. Worst location ever. Avoid at all costs and drive a few more miles to another one
We sat in the Drive-Thru for 45 minutes and still did not have food in front of us this place was horrible
