Ask for condements and napkins got none and ordered a real beef burger and my Crohn's disease is telling me I got fake meat been sick all day never again jack never again. Ok you attempted but sent me a a jack in the box web site with options to contact , employment etc so you want me to send a email to corporate wait for what a coupon or something your restaurant and employees made me deathly ill
The girl who gives you your order at the window was rude cause we go to jack in the box regularly and she keeps messing up our order and stand there and straight up lie about it and after so many times it has to be her and she got very awful from her mouth so everytime after that she continues to mess up my order told me to go to another jack"" " so I finally turned around and told her to go work at another jack" "" why should I halfto go somewhere else and got very violent so I'm not tolerating her anymore told her the next time she messes up my order especially if it's my man's order I'm waiting for her to get of work and talk about it so I wish she would go back to Juarez
Hi! You may want to update the details in your description. There is NO dine in option. To clarify, I was not trying to dine in, but to place a to-go order. I tried to order fries, but their lobby is closed. There was a really nice lady that came out and talked to me and asked me to come back after 7:30 pm to order. I came back at 7:45 pm to order. Again, the lobby was locked. I tried ordering pick-up through their app and that feature is not functioning. This feature also does not work on UberEats or DoorDash. The DoorDash app states that you can only order delivery if it is $20.00 and above. I just wish Jack could make it easier to order pick-up, no matter what the dollar amount.
The customer service at this location is great. Ella was professional and very kind. Food service workers don't get the credit they deserve... hats off to you!!!! God Bless you.
I was here at 11:45pm (15 minutes before the posted close), with the inside lights on and the drive thru open sign lit. No one was present. It looked like folks had left early and failed to turn the open signs off.
Google says it’s open and the sign on the restaraunt says “drive thru open” but it’s all completely closed? We sat in line and realized no one was inside.
Just say you're permanently closed or something? Lol y'all are so wack for not even putting a single safety cone in your drive thru. People just pile in the drive thru like sheep every day just for no service.
I ordered at 11:50-11:55pm. I waited for the status to change from received order to preparing your food and then on its way. And kept wanting. By 12:25 - over half an hour later- it was still saying received order.I cancelled thinking that there must have been a technical glitch or something with the order that didn't get through all the way or complete. I was planning on reordering and tried to do so. However the funds were taken off my card even though it had never even started being prepared! And the cancellation message said it would be up to 5 days to get it back. What?!?
Always great customer service and they are always super fast this jack in the box is by far the best when it comes to the customer service, getting in and out quickly, and always having the order correct!!! I've never had a bad experience here!
