The food was great but the dining for the most part is completely closed and chairs are blocking off the seating. They use the chairs to create a barrier. I had to go past the chairs to sit in down. I was the only one in there. I Understand they might have wanted to do that with the virus but the virus is over now. If the food wasn’t so good I would give them one star.
A friend and I got dinner there, and both me and his orders were messed up food was over cooked and dry frys were cold and stail. I tried calling and no one picked up. If I could give 0 stars I would I paid 37 bucks for Gross food I'm not going to end up finishing
I hate to give a low star review I really do. But the parking lot of this place messed up my car really bad and it keeps getti g worse and worse and they keep not fixing it. They're constantly out of stuff. They don't communicate well over their drive through speaker. They don't do the little things like blend the milkshakes entirely and always forget the cherry.I can tell the employees are overworked and short staffed and honestly they do make an effort to be polite. All my complaints are 1000% management's problem. I feel bad for them.
I just had to come bk twice because they gave me the wrong combos & fries. I asked for two spicy cluck sandwich combos with curly fries. I got Jack spicy chicken combo with regular fries. I paid $23.35 for the wrong food! I wish I could give Zero stars! im never coming back to this Jack in box! I'm very disappointed
You have a sign in your window saying “Proud partner of Winterhawks hockey.” We are Winterhawks fans and had coupons for free Jumbo Jacks we received at a Winterhawks game. Your staff had no clue what to do with the coupons and dude on the window actually asked “Where did you get these?” The coupon clearly states what it’s for and where it came from! We went to Wendy’s to get dinner.
During my few trips here, I discovered that this is the worst maintained parking lot I have ever had the displeasure of driving in. The door inside was locked, so you are forced to drive through the massive potholes in the drive thru. Don't risk your vehicle for mediocre food here. Honestly surprised this location is still running.
I just don't like the parking lot....it's full of ruts.
All the food I ordered was old to the point that the buns were rock hard never again this location needs to be shut down
Packaging for deliveries.. no effort in protecting the food or drink... No Seal stickers or large bags to put whole order inside... I delivered someone box to their porch in snow.. with no seal or anything.. I would not wanna receive my food like this
This place has potholes so big it could throw your alignment off and the younger guy there that ive had to deal with twice is justAlso cheese on my burger for literally no reason and they don't even come with cheese? They can't get anything right at this location
