Amazing friendly service had requested and picked up a cake within one day!! So glad I can always trust Jacivas to make an amazing cake for me, especially when I’m under a time crunch :) the white raspberry cake is sooo delicious!!
We ordered our wedding cake from Jaciva's Bakery. My Husband and I were super happy with how our wedding cake turned out to be. It was something that I was personally looking forward to seeing on our wedding day. We received a lot of compliments from our guests about how delicious the cake was.We had two flavors for our cake. The top tier was a poppy seed pudding cake with the mixed berry filling and the bottom tier was a vanilla pudding cake with a fudge mint and hazelnut filling.Erin and Miles handled our order and we enjoyed our interaction with both of them. Miles was extremely helpful in answering questions and helping us put our wedding cake flavors and design together. They also accommodated our request to have our own wedding cake topper put on.Each of our visits to the bakery has been pleasant, their staff are friendly and courteous. I would recommend this Bakery to any person looking to have customized cakes ordered.We will definitely be back again!
Worst cake I have ever tasted. No aroma whatsoever. You can taste butter and sugar!Save your money and go to Petite Provence,Whole Foods or New Season. Wayyy better quality!!!! Never coming here again. How do you sell this stuff??? What a joke!!!Glad I tasted the cake before going to the party!! Going to go to Petite Provence in the morning and give the cake to the trash!!!
I absolutely LOVE JaCiva's Bakery! The staff is always super friendly. We bought our wedding cake from them and also get our birthday cakes from them every year! The cookies and cupcakes are amazing as well. If you love sweets, you'll love JaCiva's. They have everything!
Wish I knew before ordering my cake that they require you to wear a mask even though the mandate is over! They enjoy taking away patrons freedom of choice. My family will not be returning ever.
Jaciva's wouldn't let my wife and daughter simply walk in and order a two-tier wedding cake for my father's wedding. They won't do 2-tier cakes and they require the whole appointment/tasting thing. We did that in November for my daughter's wedding. There was no need. We knew exactly what we wanted and they would not accommodate. I guess they have enough business and it didn't matter that we WERE returning customers. We will go elsewhere from now on.
OMG I was extremely happy with my cake order. Coming in from Seattle, I was looking for a small cake for a bachelorette party. Not only did they take my order via phone with two days notice, they also offered to do some extra flowers and add a message. The pickup was smooth and fast and OMG their store is TEMPTATION personified with all the chocolate lying around! The cake looked simply AHMAZING. The ultimate check was the cake cutting and eating. The chocolate raspberry flavor turned out to be delicious. We polished off the 6” cake in no time. The prices were really great too ($40). I would definitively recommend picking up a cake for your next special occasion here. Thank you team!
Went in for a specific cookie. The did not have it available. Ordered two sets of cupcakes for 2 different people. The girl kept putting them together, finally she put them separate boxes but when bagging I kept telling her I needed one of the boxes on top. She of course put it on the bottom and mixed up the cupcakes.The deserts were delicious but checking out and packing it up was made very difficult

I dream of having a slice of their pink champagne cake. I moved away, and can't find anything similar. My birthday is coming up, and all I want is that cake. It's the best cake I've ever eaten. It's amazing!
